The very worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life they add on charges without your permission and refuse to communicate with you when you ask to talk to someone. The turnover rate in their employees shows what the management in the company is all about. I have been trying to get a hold of my rep now for over a month with no call back. As of now my managers are under the strict authority to not let the service employees in our locations entell the owner hears from someone.
