Really disappointed with the customer service received by the finance director (indian lady) over the phone. She came across as very rude, arrogant and unprofessional. I was asking about a query regarding a product and the lady was interested in asking me personal questions instead which were irrelevant and inappropriate. Highly disappointed, avoid!

Excellent service, price and quality. I had a tight deadline and a tighter budget. I rang 8 print companies in Leicester and these guys were the cheapest (by some way). I sent through the designs I wanted printing and banners I wanted as large roller banners and within 48hrs was picking them up. I arrived 5mins early and they were being finished as I waited, precisely the time I was told they would be ready. The quality is excellent, the staff very helpful and I would definitely recommend to all!

Poor aftercare and product was damaged during transit and wanted us to pay for a replacement, missing parts from feather flags very slow in communicating then copied me into Internal emails between themselves with bad comments to us. Very very Bad service.
I mainly deal with Lee Stapleford. Lee is extremely helpful, very efficient, and highly responsive. Lee really cares about his clients and will go out of his way to help. A credit to the company! Definitely 5* service, which is rare these days! The company on a whole has always delivered on time, no complaints.
