It was great. John Livigni was very personable, but not pushy at all. Since this was my first time buying a car, it was nice to not be pressured into the deal. I felt like he was down to earth and wasn't trying to scam me over this car. He also worked around my mother's and my schedule which was not easy. Overall, he did an amazing job and I would 1000% buy from Honda again and recommend Serra Honda to others.
