What to talk about a hotel with the flag SERHS?
5 star resort with WiFi, full service spa, close to the trendy beach of Ponta Negra, where you can find the best restaurants, bars, pubs, show houses and Food Truck squares.
The hotel has 5 restaurants, 1 indoor pool, and 3 outdoor pools, fitness center, volleyball courts, game rooms and sauna. The host has direct access to the beach.
There is also a children's club, a bar / lounge, a cafeteria, 24-hour room service. On the beach you have sun loungers and beach towels. At the end of the hotel there is a laundry service.

I arrived noon.
The chekin is only at 3 pm in all the hotels I have spent generally the room is released a little earlier.here we are not waiting for 2 and a half hours and nada.ja not liked.

I paid 800 reais for what it is after they get charged 5 reals per towel at the pool, plus on the last day they lock you out of the room 30 mins before check out and make you go all wet at the front desk to get in line with one lots of people to beg to release the room key. They can go to be treated poorly and humiliated by the crappy Christmas town folks.

Positives: Great structure, well located in Natal, there is a car rental company inside the enclosure, good variety of restaurants and the recreation for children is very nice.
Negative points: Hygiene leaves something to be desired, both outside and inside the rooms. The glasses in the wet bar were notoriously dirty, the bathrooms in the common spaces were extremely dirty. The photography team was uncomfortable, preventing the guest from relaxing due to insistence.

Hi, I'm spending a few vacations here in this wonderful hotel! I can not reach the words to thank how nice all the people are, I say I speak from the people who work here and also the guests! ! A wonderful because. Impeccable rooms always clean. The hotel itself a lot cleaning. Towels, sheets all. The restaurants all exquisite. Delicious breakfasts, everything very fresh. It's nice to see the service people always with a beautiful smile. Worried up to the smallest detail. Picsina towels impeccable. The chefs care that you like what they prepare for you. The waiters willing to understand our language can treat us with a very friendly smile !!! In short back to God because I love him!

It is a beach hotel. very broad ... and unfortunately many days. No beach due to high tide. It has a large and beautiful pool. It is far from the center. The hotel does not offer transfers to the center. In other words, taxi and subtract real .... Uber recommendation ... Eating there at the hotel is another option ... but very expensive ..... The rooms leave nothing to be desired for a 5 star hotel, however the leisure area is very good.

The hotel is good but I feel that the service was already better compared to previous years. There is an indoor and heated pool but they now charge 70.00 per person per day to use. I think it's absurd because it is the kind of comfort a hotel of this size has to offer and not charge the party.

Missing so much afff, restaurants with poor service, there are 5 restaurants that do not give 1 ..
My room until now has not been cleaned, we went out and times and put the reminder on the door and nothing to clean ..
The hotel's structure is pretty, but the food and service in the restaurants are terrible.
The bedroom and bathroom has no place to extend bathing suits ..

Overnight stay, clean and cozy. Accessible bathroom ample and very functional. Staff attentive and helpful.

Incredible pool. Lots of great restaurants. Possibility to have breakfast in the room at no extra cost. Clean, tidy and organized. With several shops and bars with live music. Direct beach access by the pool.

The hotel is wonderful, the room very clean and cozy. The bed is huge. The food is fantastic, we stayed in the half board system with breakfast and dinner which was very good as we strolled during the day. I recommend it to everyone.
