Positives: Great structure, well located in Natal, there is a car rental company inside the enclosure, good variety of restaurants and the recreation for children is very nice.
Negative points: Hygiene leaves something to be desired, both outside and inside the rooms. The glasses in the wet bar were notoriously dirty, the bathrooms in the common spaces were extremely dirty. The photography team was uncomfortable, preventing the guest from relaxing due to insistence.
