I work with All State and have found the team here to be helpful and caring. Patients and employees always come first and management is supportive and helpful.

I've worked for Allstate for over a decade now, I am currently the therapy director and work in the field as a PT. I can honestly say they are truly one of the Elite agencies in Denver. One of our motto's has been "Small agency, big service" - we have grown exponentially in the past few years due to our growing reputation within the Denver Health Industry, yet being a stand alone, Denver only agency, we have been able to maintain a superior level of customer service and patient care. I couldn't recommend us more highly to you, whether you are seeking any of our Home Health Care services as a consumer, or you're seeking employment.

I would not recomend working for these folks!! They present themselves like a organized, wonderful company when you interview and first come on board, but once you get going, you see that they could care less about you. The management and administration in the office is so dishonest and there seems to be a revolving door so you never know who is doing what, or who to even go to. They will beg you to help out when they can't staff something, but if you need help like more visits in your area, they will keep saying they are working on it but nothing ever gets done. Don't be fooled by the "benefits package" they offer you, because to get enough visits to get the benefits, you basically have to go all over town, and the benefits pretty much stink anyway compared to what most other agencies are giving, and pay is mediocre at best. and don't even bother asking the office for help with a patient problem, since they dont even know how to figure out simple nursing things, but then the managers will tell you that you have to either stop seeing a patient or see them less then what they need because the company isnt making as much money as they think they should be. the documentation system is a NIGHTMARE but they definitely dont tell you that up front. I really dont recomend this agency at all. I've never worked for a company that pinches pennies like this one when it comes to patients and staff

This is such a great company! I was so happy with the way they took care of my relative. They were quick to respond to my inquiries and were always so friendly. They seem to really care. Thanks All State!

This home health agency truly has the patients best interest at heart. From the administration to the field staff they are a group of the most caring people I have ever encountered.

As a former CNA with Allstate and someone who had their loved one under the care of PCP's from Allstate, RUN! I would not recommend this agency to anyone. It has taken a HUGE turn for the worst over the past few months. Many staff members have walked out because of the unprofessionalism and lack of ethics that Eric shows.

There are many great CNAs, office staff, and PCPs but the owners are money hungry and could careless about the treatment of their employees. They are more concerned about their failing agency getting investors and intaking as many patients as they can.

There is a frequent lack of staff so visits frequently are left uncovered leaving your loved ones without care.

These guys go above and beyond, by far the best Agency I have encountered. These guys truly care about their clients Quality care is absolutely fabulous! cannot say enough great things about this Agency! Thanks you guys, you are wonderful!

They are absolutely awful. I would strongly suggest you don't use this company. They are rude and don't want to answer your questions. And treat you like your an inconvenience that your even calling to bother them. I am out of words on their customer service . I have never in my life experienced a company this bad.
If I could give negative start I would.
Don't have your loved ones under their care.
Amazing home health, premier health are both 5 stars and amazing. They took care if my 3 yr old daughter amd my grandmother with the love a caring they deserved

All State has been a turning point in life for me. Working with this company has given me the flexible schedule that allows me to be home with my family every night of the week, something that I have not been able to do in years. They have been more then helpful when it comes to scheduling around my second job, and making sure I am getting the hours still needed to support my family. The staff has been helpful, and its nice to be able to have a director who is so involved, easily approachable, and understanding. She is familiar with the employees as well as the clients which makes communications with her quick and easy. I am so glad I have found this company when I did.

No communication!!!! supervisors dont communicate well with other staff or employees. you tell them when you can and cant work and they still ask you can you work such and such or this time or that time. owner not very nice eather.. no hours unless you can do 12 hour shifts and you have a car and no kids.

Very warm and happy work environment. They care about their employees and have their customers best interest at heart.

As a previous employee of this Agency with many years in the human services field prior, I can confidently say the work done at All State is top notch! Resources are often limited as is funding, and finding quality people to provide care to others is not an easy task. This company is committed to those it serves to ensure the most quality care possible. I would highly recommend!
