Too much hotel.

Too much hotel.
Baby cup has nothing to do with milk, fruit, for the love I never saw it, I've stayed in 3 star hotels much better than this one ..
We hired the serhs service, which, by the way, we think is terrible.
Missing so much afff, restaurants with poor service, there are 5 restaurants that do not give 1 ..
My room until now has not been cleaned, we went out and times and put the reminder on the door and nothing to clean ..
The hotel's structure is pretty, but the food and service in the restaurants are terrible.
The bedroom and bathroom has no place to extend bathing suits ..
The poorly organized children's group.
