Nice Service and very attentive with me all the time there.

Thanks to their advice and care I could face in a good mood the quarantine and stayed relaxed and calmed the while forced to be into the room.

Also They helped me to keep my stuff in the hotel in the main time I had to stay away the streets until my flight departed.

As usual, Togumar has been a wonderfull experience for me, so Thank you!

The apartments are very simple in a very quiet area. No bars or restaurants are easily found and dinner service is based on sandwiches ...
The room was comfortable, it had what it takes to be comfortable.

The location of the hotel is tactical because it is close to the subway and in 10/20 minutes you can get where you want! The rooms are very nice and nice and the staff is very attentive and available .. It has been a fantastic experience!

The hotel is ok, but communication with the staff is difficult (poor English). There is a kitchenette but no dishes. You get the dishes at the reception after paying a deposit of 20 (laughs). Overall, there is no tragedy, but it could be better.

The hotel is well in question quality price. Something old, would need some reforms. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is very complete. Friendly staff Breakfast could be more varied.

Hotel more than acceptable, our reservation was through a package Wonderbox and the truth that the deal with the different receptionists, both by phone and in person very well, tried to solve everything as soon as possible, especially Sandra and the boy there is the night.
The simple room, but cozy since coming from the street with cold you found it warm, had a microwave and two beds together, yes, very clean. The bathroom was very typical but functional, which is the important thing. In hygiene we left quite happy.
Finally, it is worth noting that breakfast is really worth it, there is not any last bollito, all perfect, lots of variety and very delicious!

A small hotel in Madrid that gives a great image to the city.

Clean and nice, close to Prosperidad metro. We booked a triple bed studio and we get a double room studio (2 large beds in one room and one bed for 2 in the other room) with one bathroom and a kitchen. The breakfast is really good, for all tastes (eggs, bacon, ham, cheese, yoghurt, fruit, pastry, aso). So, you get good quality for a fair amount, perfect place for exploring Madrid.

Conveniently located two blocks away from a metro station, and with some restaurants, supermarket and church in the area. Ample room with kitchenette, which was very convenient to have a light meal or breakfast in the morning.

Maybe the negative is the furniture the refrigerator was damaged, the bathroom somewhat old-fashioned for the style of the furniture in the room by ikea but for the rest very well the treatment of the staff the best very kind and attentive, little things that can be improved but We will certainly repeat.

The experience I do not know if cataloging it as regrettable. The staff is fantastic, very friendly and helpful, however (I speak in my case) the bed where I slept was super uncomfortable. In my case I did not have a bedside table and to turn on La Luz I had to use the cell phone (the mobile phone).
In the main room my companions if they had a bedside table and the bed said that they did not pass but they slept more or less well.
Breakfast buffet if you list it regrettable. Pay 6.90 for two mortadella and sausage-type sausages, some donuts and dry croissant seems to me as little surprising. In relation to that they do not have western breakfast it is not logical for a hotel of three stars since it forces to you to have breakfast "eso" to price of gold.

We have spent the night in Madrid, and we have succeeded with the hotel. Clean, comfortable beds, full bathroom, located in a quiet area. Buffet breakfast very good and varied, the waitress very attentive and friendly, always aware of if you needed anything.

Bathroom door didn't lock properly..... Nonetheless it was a good place to stay for a few days

Family room with two rooms and bathroom. Small kitchen with refrigerator and microwave in the main room, ideal if you are with young children like us. Clean, staff and breakfast impeccable. The wifi signal worked perfectly. The only thing we did not like too much, was having to move to the center by metro, trolleys and kids, although communication is very good and the subway station is 5 minutes away. Very good stay, although we prefer the center. The distance to the Hotel is compensated by all other services, including the parking for which we paid 20 euros and we were able to leave until Sunday afternoon.

Very well located, spacious room, kitchen equipped with the necessary and very spacious bathroom. Complicated accessibility to the building due to the entrance stairs (no ramp) and the exit to the inner courtyard to go to breakfast (more stairs). Otherwise, quite comfortable bed. The central heating did not work and although it was not necessary because it was not too cold, they left us a heater on the days of our stay.
We stayed with a baby and they provided us with a baby cot, towels and hygiene supplies.

I've stayed in other Choice Hotels that were much better than this one. This one was obviously a purchase and refurb and it was not great at all.....just lots of little annoyances, the worst of which was that they rationed the heat!! I was constantly cold and that's a big deal to me. Several other issues:
1. no space on bathroom shelves
2. nowhere to put a suitcase
3. no plugs or switches by the bed
4. very noisy, could hear the neighbors in the next room, doors slamming, etc.
5. Check in took to long, travelers don't want to spend a lot of time waiting on there room. You need a more streamlines check in process like Hilton or IHG.
6. Chairs were uncomfortable, they curved up on the sides right under your legs.
7. No lights in the hall, I had to turn on the lights each time I went out of the room after dark. Inconvenient and unsafe.
8. And last but not least.... tile floors. NEVER NEVER NEVER in a hotel!! Especially if you're going to keep it cold. Luckily I had slippers with me but this is a big NO NO in my book.
On the plus side, the bed was relatively comfortable and I slept well. I would choose a different Choice hotel if/when I visit Madrid again.

We have been very satisfaced. Everything was clean, pleasant atmosphere and well equipped rooms with fridge, washing machine ... And you can ask for kitchen utensils at reception leaving a deposit. The breakfast room a bit small but the women who work there create a very nice atmosphere.

The situation of the hotel is quite good since there is a subway stop very close, the staff nice but I have to say that it is not an accessible apartment for disabled people and / or with chairs or baby strollers, there are only stairs to access both buildings and we had the building inside and we had k go down and up more stairs still. The daily cleaning of the room is not very good for me either, there was a lot of dust on the bedside tables and lint on the floor

Hotel well located in a quiet area, clean and spacious room. It has a garage for 20 a day, with the possibility of having the car past the checkout time without extra cost. Friendly staff and correct treatment.

It is what it is. You get what you pay for. All good and breakfast is suprinseltly really good and complete. Other than that is a fair commodatiom for the price.

Very old hotel, aesthetically ugly, there are basements of hospitals more in conditions than some hotel corridors. The rooms are very poor, nothing more than a table, two chairs, two beds and an Ikea shelf as a TV table. Exorbitant price for the "hotel" that is, the images do not correspond to reality. The treatment is good but the facilities are not prepared for people with reduced mobility, it does not have handrails on the stairs or ramps in the dining rooms or showers in the rooms

Overall the experience was very good. The appearance upon entering is perhaps not the most beautiful. The space set aside for the reception is rather tight. Also, the smell in the corridors of the rooms is not pleasant either. Smells like old carpet.

That said, I will say that the rest has been excellent: everything is neat to the maximum. The room is full of small details that make a difference. Very comfortable bed. Nothing is missing in the room.

As for the location, well, the Prosperity Neighborhood is what it is, and little else can be taken out of it. However, precisely for what I needed to stay that night, the location suited me luxury.

We stayed one night in the hotel choosing him from seeing photos on the internet. Our surprise was to find an old room that was not at all like the photos on the internet. The hotel has two modules, the one we were accommodated in must have been the oldest. Perhaps it had to do with the fact that we chose the hotel through a VIP box that included a bottle of wine and a surprise in the room. They did not prepare any of that for us, and we lost the desire to claim it.
