A great management company to work with. They are organized, knowledgeable, and very responsive. I have only ever had great experiences with everyone I have corresponded with at Sequoia Management Inc. I highly recommend them to everyone.
Sequoia Management has managed our subdivision for many years. They have been very good stewards of our assets and have given us good advice on managing them. Our subdivision is over 30 years old so we have had a lot of repairs lately. Our manager has done a great job of replacing and repairing aging items while keeping costs down. They have been very responsive to requests from homeowners and are willing to work with homeowners to solve any problems.
This is the WORST management company EVER!!! All they are good at is collecting money and hiding from us by never answering their phones, you will always get a machine. My yard looks like a jungle even though I've been paying for landscaping services. They are similarly awful when it comes to snow removal, do NOT buy or rent wherever they are the management company.
Property management staff is very responsive to our needs and excellent with communication. The accounting staff is also responsive. I highly recommend Sequoia.
My mom, contacted this place, since they deal with our apartment complex, but they never got back to her, regarding roaches in the hallways and ceiling of hallway! It s disgusting! Gotta be a building problem! This use to never be a problem, or there s someone with a infestation! They, need to push harder and find out where there coming from! This has been a on going thing since last October! these are in the common areas! Y all should know due to the light in the photo in the hallways! This is on the condo Association! To be taking care of this problem. It s absolutely ridiculous, we have to deal with seeing these in the building! Soo unprofessional!

Our community manager was extremely helpful in facilitating the removal of some large trees that posed a threat to my home and a few neighbors. The tress of concern were removed promptly and I appreciate the help and attention our community manager gave to this matter. Thank you!
If you happen to buy a property that is being managed by Sequoyah Management Inc please reconsider not buying the property because this management company is the worst in the world all they want to do is take your money and they're not want to be responsible for anything.
I had a branch from the community tree that they fail to trim for in my car the damage in my vehicle or over $3,000 and they did not want to cover it.
Please please save the headache and financial burden that you are going to have if you purchase a property that is going to be managed by this horrible company.

Jennifer Darwin and her team manage Sequoia Farms in Centreville VA, which has a community pool and community swim team. Her team makes sure the pool is clean and accessible for homeowners and they facilitate the swim team's meets to make it pleasant for everyone.
Their architectural committee ensure that the homes meet the Association bylaws and are very responsive to requested improvements. Jennifer is proactive for the community and her professional management makes Sequoia Farms a great place to live.
