Brookview is a legit and solid company please do not let their upfront fee deter you from chasing your Realestate stream.I started with them in 2006 and even thru the housing of 08 and 09 they was understanding and helpful when I encountered a road block. Believe me I am not being compensated for this review I just want to share my experience.
