Very unorganized group of non-professionals. The HR department gave false information under false pretenses to attract employees to fill their desperate positions. They tell you everything you want to hear and then throw you to the dogs. You are nothing more than a number to them. I was told that my contract was a permanent work from home, it was not I live almost a hour and a half away. Clowns here folks! Pass on these jokes! Temp. Job only!

This is the place of my first job. Since then I have only worked here off and on different contracts. Currently I've been here for five years straight on the same contract and I am working from home through them since this contract allows that. It has been a great experience and I've grown as a person over the years in this environment.
I've worked at almost every call center in SEKY and I must say Senture really does care about employees. They treat everyone fair to my knowledge i have been here for going on 2 years and this is the exception. Of course call centers have their stipulations and guideline principles, but they always try to let you know YOU ARE THE DIFFERENCE MAKER.
I was called for an interview. I arrived 20 minutes before the interview was scheduled. I completed all testing and had two face to face interviews. I was told a start date. I was called a couple of days later and asked if I could come to the other location (Monticello,Ky) for an interview. ....... ???? ........ No thanks, I think I will go somewhere that is a little more organized.
I will be here 2 months on the 21st of October, and I've already had the chance to work and meet some of the nicest people. From my first interview here (with the HR Director), to meeting the Owner of the company, meeting the President of the company (his son), meeting the Director of Operations, my Supervisor, and my co workers. Every one seems so wonderful. I'm very blessed to have a position here.
