A nice place for those who are short-lived. 500 meters from the center of Carsi.

The rooms are VERY dirty. A lot of things not working, Hotel in a terrible state. Manager at check-in raises prices. Do not know how to serve. They behave very rudely. For them, the first money in people does not interest them.

The rooms of the hotel are hard to breathe in the rooms like you know people are breathing in the pictures.

Small and clean hotel. The sea from the upper floors even looks from the upper floors. Breakfast is adequate and below is in the greenery in the garden. One of the right places for high-speed train passengers.
The problem is, if you don't have a car, you need to walk from Pendik Center. The shortest stop is the last stop on the bus on the back. There's even quite a distance there. and on the road at night you can come across stray dogs and / or unmanned stalwarts. Every time I came by taxi from Pendik center. When you collect them and consider the hotels near Kadikoy, it is actually an expensive hotel.

I do not want anyone to blacken. But this is actually a terrible hotel. The manager sees ONLY money in people. Conditions are VERY BAD. A lot of things do not work. Can simply raise the price twice. The rooms are dirty. No one would advise. It creates impressions that many who respond positively to dummy people. If you want to spoil your evening, vacation, nerves, and the feeling that they only need your money, please stay in this hotel!

We made a reservation 2 weeks ago. When we talked on the phone we decided to have a balcony room overlooking the sea. As for the hotel at night we encountered a room with a train view. We also encountered a different price from the price we spoke. Looking at the comments we stayed for one night at the hotel where we planned to stay for four nights. I'm not satisfied.
