I asked them if it was possible to move the date of the replacement of the electricity meter by three days because I wanted to be present too but I could not the day indicated by them, on the phone they told me yes and that they would contact me to agree on a new date , but on my return the meter had already been replaced.

After a month of ups and downs to have internet at home (new home that needed the line from scratch) thanks to their technician (I think Andrea) they managed to make the connection. This guy was very good and professional and he went out of his way to solve problems that other companies and other operators considered unsurpassed! Really satisfied with the work done and the availability of the technician! Thank you
