This place does not deserve any stars.......It is a joke.. But not a funny one! I scheduled an appointment for my friend here well over a month ago, the reason being, his pcp took him from 100mg of methadone, which he has been taking for the last 8 years, to vicadin about two months ago and told him that he needed to go to pain management. Because of this, he has been in and out of the hospital, only to be treated like a drug seeker, even though he has been on pain medication for the last 20 years and has a lot of health issues! So I made this appointment with the hope that they would help him and get his pain under control. Three days before the appointment, they call him to reschedule the appointment for two more days out and then the very next day, they call us and tell us that Dr. Goupta will not see him because he doesn't meet the criteria for their program! This... after he has been home bound, unable to even walk, let alone take care of himself because of all of this, waiting for this damn appointment. When I called them, they were very rude and completely unprofessional. Not to mention, they didn't even know what the hell was going on from one person to the next. His pcp called them to find out what was going on and someone told her that they never cancelled his appointment, at the very same time that someone on another line was telling me that he wasn't a candidate for their program! I'm completely disgusted with the way I was treated, but even more so with the lack of care or concern for my friend, who is now back at square one with no appointment, nothing! I don't know what to do now but I do know that this place should not exist! I'm beyond disgusted at the lack of compassion and care for someone who was only reaching out to them for help!

Always running behind, expect Long waits. Plan ahead for other things that need to be done that day. Don't expect to see the same employees for long periods as there is a large turnover with employees. Good Luck!

Dr. Gupta is the greatest Dr I have ever seen, I have been a patient for him over 10 years now and without him I would be bed ridden. He had made it that I can have the most normal life a person with my condition can have, because he cares about me as a person. I went in to see him today because I reaggregated my low back and leg injury. He changed the procedure he was going to do, to one that better fitted my needs. I walked in with a pain score of 9 and left with hardly any pain!!! I recommend him to anybody living with chronic pain!!! Thank you Dr. Gupta!!!!!! From Ben G!!!!

I was instructed to call the day before my appointment if I had no pain. I called Thursday morning for a Friday afternoon appointment as I had no pain. They apparently charged me a late fee, never sent me a bill or notification. 6 weeks later I am called by a collection agency for a $500 dollar collection. No notice, no bill, just a collection agency. Very poorly managed practice, find another Doctor.

They have treated me with respect & kindness. If you are committed to your health sobriety they are the best!

I have always had a very pleasant experience at Dr. Gupta's office. Everyone there has always been professional and sympathetic to my well being. They have taken the time to explain to me my situation in terms that I can understand, along with providing pictures and diagrams to better help with my concerns. I know everything is a process but with the team of people they have staffed there I feel like I'm headed in the right direction. I would personally recommend this place to family or friends that are in need of this type treatment and greatful that my surgeon referred me here.

I absolutely love him and most of the staff! Especially Ashley! She is very pleasant and professional! I ve been to other doctors prior to Dr. Gupta and they didn t seem to listen or care to know what was wrong with me. Dr. Gupta and Brandi has changed my perception on doctors. They have helped me more than they know! I am and will always be forever grateful! Thank you for caring!

I have been A patient for several years I had 2 injections in the hip and back the care I received from Dr.Zeff and Laurie and Tammy was outstanding ! Regardless of some other health issues I have they were patient and understanding Dr.Zeff thank you for making both procedures quick and very little pain!
Tammy thank you for your patience trying to find a good line!! You have never let me down over the last few years!!

Tammy the medical assistant was the most disrespectful person to my mother I have ever met. She was degrading and had the nerve to gesture with her hand to "shut your mouth" while we were trying to ask questions about procedures offered. We got up and left the office, this place is a joke. Treat you like a drug addict when that far from what my mother is!

I recently had an amazing experience with this facility. After being miserable for months, I have been pain free after 1 procedure! The whole office staff was amazing.

This place is horrible! Wait for hours for your appointment, very unprofessional and unorganized staff. We received a confirmation email and phone message that our appt was at Kentucky location when it actually was in Mason Ohio. They said it's a glitch in their system and we drove all the way to Kentucky for no reason. Then when I said I left a message and no one called me back, they responded with we don't even have a system for leaving messages! Makes no sense at all!

Would give this place 0 if that was an option. I ve witnessed how they ve treated my wife and I had to do everything in my power not to go slick off. The wait is horrible. The office staff is chaotic and they have people giving IV s for procedures that have never been trained or certified to give an IV. I watched an employee freak out trying to put an IV in my wife s arm, and after 5 FAILED attempts, Dr Gupta had to put it in her arm in the procedure room. They go through staff here like nothing. They treated my wife like she was a drug seeker when she had no signs of being an addict and was always honest with them regarding her treatment. Beware of this place and go ANYWHERE else if you suffer from pain. My wife was a patient for almost 4 years and not one time has she received pain relief. This place is a joke and the board of health needs to be called. Maybe I ll get on that and make he call myself.

Horrible doctor, who doesn't car about their patients. Would give them zero stars if I could.

My husband began going there in September. From the minute we left I told him that you couldnt pay me to go there. The doctor was thorough however he gave instructions to us to use medications in a specific way and advised to call for a refill because we would run out early. Called the office not only did they look up the wrong medication due to the incompetence of the staff but then said he couldn't have it. When I corrected their error and explained the medication they were denying was not the one I was asking about and told them what the doctor wanted I was told it wasnt written in the chart and Dr. Gupta doesn't make mistakes. Yes he did make a mistake and your office is loaded with rude ignorant staff. Not sure how the facility stays in business.

ARNP ACTS LIKE SHE DOES NOT HAVE A CLUE WHAT SHE IS DOING!!!!!!WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE. I WAS TOLD I HAD MENTAL ISSUES FOLLOWING COMPLICATIONS FROM A SURGERY PERFORMED BY THE DOCTOR, I HAD NO MENTAL ISSUES FOLLOWING CONFIRMATION BY ANOTHER PHYSICIAN, FIRED FROM THE PRACTICE OVER THE PHONE

I have been going to Dr Gupta for over 3 years, D.J. Autumn and Brandi as well as Dr Gupta have always gone above and beyond any expectations. When I was fighting to get surgery they went way above to help me. I am forever grateful for them, no words could even come close to the appreciation I have.

Very uncaring, especially Autumn. I had a procedue done on my right lower back and am in such excruciating pain from it and Autumn and doctor won't help me. I am back to using a walker. Supposed to do left side in 2 wks but afraid to let this doctor touch me again. The pain is so bad that I can barely walk. Called dr 2x and they won't do anything for me. Doc told me when doing procedure that I would have about 2 weeks of some stinging at site. I'd give anything for that instead of the horrible pain I have now. I am convinced the doctor did something wrong and has permanently hurt me. If I'm not much better in a month, I will be contacting my lawyer. Dr Gupta did damage to me and of course won't try to help me.

I started the weight loss therapy one month ago and I'm proud to say I've lost 10 pounds and I feel great. The very knowledgeable trainers and masseuse work together to give you the best workout possible to relieve all those aches and pains through yoga stretches and exercises. I'm so glad I found this place. As an over 60 female that has been overweight most of her life, I finally found something I can do that works!!

No stars!!! Very rude unprofessional, uncaring staff... the wait time is ridiculously long... and you get horrible care... DO NOT CHOOSE THIS FACILITY!!!!

The wait here is HORRIBLE. Today I had a 8:15 appt and was supposed to be the first patient. Another person came in about the same time I did. They took him first and he was a first time patient. I am just getting out over 2 hours later and now I have to take PTO time off work instead of being able to take a shorter lunch. The doctor was with me five minutes, it was just a followup. I routinely have to wait 3 hours and it is ridiculous! I don't take strong pain medicine so I'm not like mist of the other patients, I have to work. I'm so aggravated that after three years of this repeatedly happening, and most of the office staff not caring, I may switch doctors. The procedure team is awesome and doctor Gupta himself is wonderful, I just can't keep wasting time every month.

I would give this place (specifically Brandi) a negative star if that was an option. Her treatment of my Mother was horrible and very uncalled for. After her rude behavior in the exam room, she made a point to meet my Mother as she was checking out and left her in tears. The only excuse the front desk gave was I m sorry, it has been crazy around here . That s no excuse for poor treatment. Brandi even ROLLED HER EYES when my Mother said she will be out of town and wished to schedule the next appointment at a different time. What kind of professional does that? Brandi interrupts you, jumps down your throat and is short with her patients. Brandi is an unprofessional woman in my opinion and she should reconsider her profession in the healthcare industry. Suffering patients do not need that kind of treatment.
