I am fully aware that a website offers an abundance of information about a company. Customer service is KEY! And it transcends your "website". The experience I just had with a lady, representing this company on the phone was unsatisfactory. Rude, abrupt, abrasive, and dismissive. Her tone was harsh and clearly she was not interested in taking the opportunity to draw another client. I will be putting this review and experience in my article on local businesses in our community. NOT false information, I called and this was my experience.

Great experience. I highly recommend booking services here. The facility is extremely clean and smells great. I was very comfortable during each one of my services. Their professionalism is unmatched. I m a very satisfied customer.

I cannot explain how much of a relief it was when I left here. The set up for the appointment was super easy, the customer service was amazing and I love they text me instead of calling. I work 12 hours a day so text is best and so easy for me.

The appointment was super awesome they explained everything and were super safe with corona rules. They made sure to keep a distance and give me space. I was very nervous and not paying attention to how close I was but the gentleman who assisted me was very professional yet polite and didn t make me feel dumb by explaining where to stand as he explained everything. I felt so comfortable from the moment I arrived.

The procedure itself was great. No issues and I was surprised to get home and see I had lost 2 whole pounds. Some people seriously are masters of their craft and this is how I feel about this business. I will definitely be back and I even picked up some tea I can t wait to try.

I can t say enough about this place and the couple that runs the establishment. They are warm and friendly and extremely professional. The customer service that is given is first class. This place yields amazing results for my personal health.

This was my first experience having a hydrocolonic & I am very pleased. I went during COVID and the sanitation and hygiene was amazing. They were very welcoming, thoroughly educated me on the process and gave me good after care tips to stay on track with my health journey. I am definitely going back, they have a customer for life.

This was my first time experiencing a colonic and I was extremely pleased. I was nervous but the staff put me at ease. There is a great balance between checking to ensure that I was comfortable and maintaining my privacy. I felt lighter physically and mentally leaving the space. There is also a wonderful selection of teas, candles, body butter, and other natural products that are handmade and smell divine! I loved my experience so much the first time that I referred a friend.

The staff is very knowledgable about gut health and present the best customer service. They are also doing an excellent job following COVID procedures. I will be a returning client!

It s a private session where you can relax, and enjoy the quiet while knowing you are removing the everyday toxics that are absorbed in our bodies, which can cause different diseases.
