Very attractive ambience. Almost all Sennheiser products in the exhibition. I ordered a replacement cable and picked up. Super Service. Use Sennheiser products for 25 years. My first headphone works (connection cable was swapped once - you were then the only ones on the market with a detachable cable) today.

I lost one of the rubber for my earphones and they just give me a pair and a little box for my old earphones. Thank you !

Excellent advice, you take your time and let the customers listen to a sample in peace. It's just a shame that there is no way to try out headsets with a USB connection if you don't have your own laptop with you. On the other hand, it's great that I was able to pay the corporate benefits price without any problems, although this usually only works via the app.

Very nicely decorated business with a relaxed atmosphere. Ideal to dive into the sound of Sennheiser headphones with a cup of coffee and a lot of peace and find a suitable model. The extremely friendly, competent and, above all, honest advice continues to help and makes it possible, for example, to connect your own smartphone or to test the headphones when there is street noise outside the store. Still very fair prices, partly cheaper than online.

Absolutely horny store. Mega nice staff, which has really idea and also in the areas relevant for the sales studies (for example electrical engineering). Just for the inspiration for the interior of the home, it is worth the visit. Who beats or similar Kram uses should the chance of proper headphones certainly perceive.

We took our kids to Europe for the first time and my son really wanted to go to the Sennheiser factory. Unfortunately we couldn't get there so instead we made it a priority to go the Berlin store.

He's 15 and is really into audio (ok, that's my fault). We spent about 45 minutes in the store, including listening to many of the excellent higher-end headsets. We engaged one of the employees about our special trip to the store and he immediately ushered us into the "sound temple" in the back to listen to the new Sennheiser soundbar. Seriously - excellent. Soundbars have come a long way. One of the biggest highlights of his trip was seeing and listening to the Orpheaus headphones. It was pretty fun, and he really did have a blast experiencing something he'd only seen on YouTube.

At the end of the trip my son decided he'd spend his birthday money and a bunch of grasscutting money on a pair of Sennheiser wired earbuds. They were expensive, but absolutely worth it. Also, the staff at Sennheiser explained how the VAT refund for non-EU shoppers works and helped us out.

First class service, friendly, nice and helpful staff. It is possible to test everything (!). Help was offered almost immediately after entering the store, as was something to drink.
I can only call everyone to buy directly in the store and thus support him instead of ordering from online or wholesalers!

At the first look good explanation to headphones get, unfortunately, no purchase was possible, since the second visit 15 minutes before closing the door was closed and the staff present, despite my Winkens not open

The friendly staff let me try the headphones I was interested in, helped me navigate the setup. Sennheiser is obviously excellent.

Bought an HD 599 and was given 25 cashback in the form of a mastercard card. I have tried to use the card to pay at KaDeWe and Karstadt, always got rejected. I went back to Sennheiser store and only being told it could be used and the sales guy was sorry for the inconvinience. Lesson learnt - I should have bought the headphones at Saturn already at the discounted price.

Too expensive.. usually I spent only about 20 $ on such stuff

Discovered the Sennheiser Store in my last day in Berlin while walking around my hotel. My bad didn't know that much about this brand. Exquisite store design, rich range of products and the most important thing you can try them all. Staff was very helpful and attentive, didn't mean to buy anything but ended up with a model of PXC550 which are truly wonderful headphones. Totally recommend this store!

My headphone wire was frayed and the right earbud stopped working. I came in with my warranty slip, spoke to a kind gentleman (in English) for two minutes and he gave me a brand new set of replacements. I've never experienced customer service that inspired me to write a review until now.

I guess there's a dress code for this store? I came here after leaving from a day trip at the zoo nearby. I admit that I wasn't that well dressed. I came to try headphones since I was in the market for a new pair and I've loved the Sennheiser products that I've had in the past. The employee stood near me with arms folded looking very intimidating. I wanted to ingore it but it just made me very uncomfortable. I ended up just going to the Saturn nearby to try out and purchase headphones. The interior of the store is very nice though.

Sven Swade provided me with drinks and knowledge. Relaxed and with much patience my problems were solved. Looking forward to next week to pick up my repair. 6 out of 5 *
