Really nice!

I remember a few years ago there was a fire which damaged a nice part of the building including the gym... I just went back recently and you can see how it was rebuilt so beautifully! Truly very impressed!
I go there now almost once a week, they have a wonderful gym, both basketball and exercise, as well as a great pool, and so much more!

Superb! Very thoughtful and kind people, extremely accommodating with kids. The place has been a blessing to our family. We highly recommend it.

The nicest JCC facility in Connecticut (IMHO) and maybe even Massachusetts... It is a bit pricey though... Offers a lot of programs for families and is geared well as a community center. But for individuals or those on a budget there are better options

Awesome location! Great faculty and staff. The facility is always clean too. This location is too much fun, you could spend hours checking out things from the pool, the basketball courts, racketball courts, the gym, the cafe, the spa and much much more. A lot of my friends are also camp consulars here and absolutely love their jobs and the kids that come to the camp. All and all awesome spot!

Basically; my problem with the JCC of Greater New Haven is the fact that the staff have no clue as to what events are occurring. For example, I asked a member of the front desk, from my home, are there any events going on. The lady said the events stopped at 3:15. Understandably, I went at 3:45, and was told that the events end at 4:30. Then, they told me that the events ended at 5:30. This was an infuriating process, and wasted a lot of my Sunday. All I wanted was to spend my Sunday playing basketball and having fun. But no, I guess that wasn t possible. On days without events, I must admit that JCC is pretty fun. Which is why it deserves two stars.

Great place for families and seniors. Our grandchildren enjoy all the child centered facilities, play spaces, and swim lessons. My husband and I appreciate that they participate in Silver Sneakers and Silver and Fit, for greatly reduced membership rates. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the facilities are brand new since they renovated last year.

A great place to work security wish i could do security looking for part time work shift Monday thru Friday looking for someone to help me thank you kindly and i have my security guard liscence along with plenty of experience can any one point in the right direction thanks wish I could work there besides I live close by

The distancing and procedures in place to help prevent the spread of covid are excellent. Haven't tried the pool yet but all else is very good

Clean and well organized. Parking, although ample, is confusing.

Just wanting to let folks know that the pool is open, and aside from the slight inconvenience of having to sign up in advance (which to be honest, I kind of like better because you know you've got your own lane), it's been fabulous the past two days. It's really great that it's finally open again, the staff seems to be doing a cleaning in between each group, and it's working like a well oiled machine.
