Very satisfied with our interactions with the Senior Benefits in Thurmont, MD. When my husband turned 65, we did not know what to do about Medicare,/Social Security, etc. Karen reached out to us with a postcard and we contacted her for help.
She was very helpful in navigating us through the entire process (like we didn't know that we could be penalized forever if my husband didn't sign up for Medicare by the deadline--YIKES!)
During the entire process, Karen was attentive, prompt, and expeditious in getting everything accomplished that needed to be done. She was very pleasant to work with as well.
When I turn 65, I will ask Karen to help me navigate the system once again.
No negatives here!
