THIS HOSPITAL IS HORRIBLE. THEY TAKE LONG AND DONT DO THEY JOB. IF YOUR IN A EMERGENCY ROOM YOU SHOULD AUTOMATICALLY BE ISSUED TO A ROOM IF ITS AN EMERGENCY. THEY DONT KNOW THE DIFFERENCE. I WONT BE RETURNING HERE.

Went there the other day with severe back pain, got too the ER, and let the doctors know DAT my back has real severe pain at a pain level of 10 and needed xrays and all I was given was some muscle relaxer and inflammatory pills. Mind you, the pills I was giving was 100 mg too kill the pain 3 days later I'm still with back pain in my back. Ask me for urine told me nothing was wrong with my bladder or nothing, but I think it would've been more smarter as professionals too at least do x-rays too see what's going on with my back if y'all were caring doctors. I mentioned I want x-rays and it went clean out da window.
Dr. Laura Matrana is the best diabetes doctor, Dr. Amanda OB/GYN is also the best and last but not least is Dr. Thien primary care doctor awesome. Overall 5 stars I am being taking good care of now.
The hospital itself is very good but the emergency department is terrible. My family and I will NOT be returning. We will go to the main campus from now on.
I went to the ER last night with lots of pain and bleeding due to an incomplete miscarriage. It was a very short wait before being brought into a room. The nurses and doctor and imaging staff were so kind and encouraging, and joked around with me (which I greatly appreciate because I use humor to help myself feel better). They did all they could for me there, including helping me manage my pain and doing tests and ultrasounds. Eventually I had to be transferred to another location to receive treatment that wasn t available there, but the transfer process was handled with care. I honestly hated to leave because I felt safe and well cared for. But the transfer was necessary and I got the exams and care that I needed before being released. Very thankful to the staff for how they handled my emotionally delicate state and for taking the time to explain things and answer all my questions. Going to the ER sucks but this was by far my best ER experience.
A new patient to Dr Victoria Mchenry. I was very pleased with her attention to detail. She took her time and listened and answered my questions and concerns. Her staff was very friendly. I would recommend her to family and friends.
I had my first visit at SBPH in October of 2020 for weight loss surgery consultation. From the moment I walked through the doors everyone was friendly, helpful and happy! From the lady taking my temperature to the front desk scheduler to the nurse to the doctor everyone was so professional and friendly. Since my initial visit I have switched over my PCP, Gyno + Diabetes doctor to SBPH! The care I have received has been amazing. I live on the Northshore, however the small drive is totally worth it. I have raved so much about my experience that my dad also switched his PCP to SBPH! 10/10 would recommend.
