And the outdoor pool area which looks like it will be massive with lots of features and maybe even OWB, I wish someone would clarify that for me

Clean room, amenities seem above average. Casino was a great experience. However, it took 3 hours just to get food (as a hotel guest); Room service was NON-EXISTENT, so that wasn't even an option. Probably will avoid in the future.

Enjoyed walking around the facility it's absolutely beautiful. To much cigarette smoke for me and had hoped the nicer restaurants opened before 5:00 p.m. as we went for lunch. Disappointed the outside restaurant (Hard Rock) did not serve coffee. Overall fun place to go.

Had a blast at the pool here! We were visiting friends and enjoyed a beautiful day by the pool. It is approx 3 ft deep so it was safe for the young ones. The pool was warm, the slide was fun, and the food/bar/towel service was fantastic. Will definitely come again!

It is beautiful! The theater is fabulous!! The sound is so much better than the old one! Looking forward to many great shows and concerts!

Love it here, both the new side and even the old side since they've redone all the rooms and I actually prefer the old pool!

The Guitar is always nice. The security staff and housekeeping staff are not that friendly. Only 1 security posted at the elevator entrance was very friendly and welcoming. Being an Elite member doesn't seem to matter much. However the host department did take care of me via desk clerk. Always grateful for my comp stays.

The guitar hotel is amazing definitely recommend to go visit. Love the colors

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was seated fairly quickly however it took the waitress 20 mins to come and even acknowledge we were seated in her area. After taking taking everyone s order which it was a group of only six the server brought out only one appetizer when 2 were ordered. As other guest that arrived after us were some how seated, served and enjoyed their meals, paid their bills and left, we still had yet to even receive the second appetizer. After still waiting an additional 30 mins and speaking to the manager on duty we decided to leave. I HIGHLY do not recommend visiting this establishment, they lack professionalism and the minimal customer service It requires to operate a place of business. You ve been warned..

The hardrock is a great place to visit, however they get you in by having famous people visiting and shows. The reason I have a problem going you loose more then you win. I have watched over people spending so much money and either they leave upset they spent to much money. I am not a big gambler and can walk away. From what I understand the Seminoles are not regulated for and dont have to pay out when the casino makes a certain dollar amount. Hope this changes because I do enjoy going. The Rich get richer and the poor get poorer.

This place is under renovation! Dust and mud every where and you have to walk through it to get inside from the parking lot. A set of elevators were closed down and it is just a closter F right off the bat. and when we got inside, we were looking for the boardwalk and outdoor restaurants. Guess what?! All gone. They have moved a few restaurants indoor surrounding the casino and the food prices are through the roof. Yes, the dance clubs are gone too. Gone are the lazy walk by the art gallery, restaurants, shops, comedy club, and the seafood restaurant with a walkout landing overlooking the lake with nightly fireworks. OMG! What have they done??? My friends and I have agreed not to return to the New Hard Rock and went elsewhere for dinner and dancing.

Beautiful inside , went to a show and theater nicely done , didn t feel crowded in and workers very friendly.

Guitar hotel had only been open a few days...very cool, but they are obviously not very efficient yet. Waited for everything from check-in to drinks to elevators. Hope they can improve.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with an outstanding staff

I like it but I disliked that people smoked in close places.

Nice. Cigarette smoke like any smoking place bad. The hard rock restaurant no smell of cigarettes. Good food. Place has great service workers are number one. Of course I bought some pins ad I am a hard core pin collector. The new casino hotel coming along nice in shape of fender guitar. Going to be beautiful.

it was not what i expected, it seems to have less places to go around, they took out the area where used to be night clubs.
its ok for those that are trying to impressing future dates. other than is blahh .

I ve always gone to this casino. Since the remodeling and the guitar, a lot has changed but it s truly beautiful.

Place is ALOT of fun, slots weren't too friendly but I did watch my friend hit. The hotel rooms are amazing, pool area is fun and the Asian restaurant inside the original hotel had some delicious appetizers, unique cocktails and tasty ginger fish.

Terrible place. What a waste of time the hardrock was. Just low class and bummy people. The new hotel was such a let down and the staff was awful

We loved the light show. The casino was nice but the minimums for most games was too high

Enjoyed the slots and the blackjack tables. But the all you can eat breakfast on sunday was the icing on the cake.

Terrible experience. Long lines at check in, with untrained staff. Cold uninviting room. We paid 1,000 dollars for a room with the view of a wall and partial roof with air conditioners. The walls are paper thin and you can hear the people's conversations in the room next door.
Today is 10/3/2020 and we are staying in room 10504 5h floor of the guitar building.
We understand is Covid, but the hotel is crowded with not enough staff for customer service. The operator who answered the phone cannot reach a staff member who can help (5 hours) waiting with no call back. Be very careful and ask to see the room beforehand.

I been to the HR before the upgrade and just visit the new version last week. The place looks amazing !! I was in slots heaven. I will like to stay there one day but the price is too pricey. I have stayed in hotels resorts with casino like beau rivage and paid cheaper. I love the HR just really need to pay out on slots

Nice to walk around and look at the clothing of famous people displayed.
There's lots of one arm bandits for the non gambler.

First off the machines say 50 cents to play but you're really playing $2.00 it's misleading and the worst part is the smoking. Non smoking area has horrible machines. I'll stick with Isle Casino it's no smoking and the slots are straight forward.

Really pretty. Everyone is nice too. I mean you're spending money so that's expected lol

I am amazed with this new place. I have been following since the beginning and it was definitely worth it. Will going back soon. The Oasis tower love it . Perfect view

Pretty nice new hotel and casino. Was just here for a few hours, but everything was very clean and new. Pool we visited was beautiful and looked well kept.

Good service, friendly staff. Would give 5 stars but we had a room where people were working above from 7.30 in the morning

A must see while in Florida. Enjoyed an authentic Italian Restaurant while there. Gaming a little different while practicing social distancing.

Nightmare! No one told us when I made our reservations that the hotel was under construction. I could have gone on a different date. Many of the restaurants and shops were closed and the place was torn apart. Constant hammering and drilling. You could hear it in your rooms from 7:30 AM-6 PM! Management could care less. I asked to have someone speak to me about my rooms and I am still waiting. They need to train the staff if Atlantic City. I had a host insult me-then try to backtrack. We thought we would try and come here often but that isn t working out well after our first experience. I paid for 2 suites-pretty sure I didn t get them. This is only part of the disaster. Still waiting for help and I am home???

It's a beautiful hotel & casino! Perfect staycation location or just a day to enjoy great food, drinks, fun & hopefully a jackpot

eh...we went on the weekend with friends from out of town...the renovations were nice, but left over priced food and drinks at every restaurant, along with the wait times. A very crowded place with people of all age ranges (I was shocked to see parents pushing toddlers in strollers inside the casino after 8pm), people smoking cigarettes everywhere.... the best thing was the outdoor light show from the guitar.

Cool venue with tons a spectacular memorabilia and great live acts.

Enjoyed this place with great staff, food, drinks and entertainments!

Worst casino resort experience ever. My wife and I stayed here two nights, on a Sunday and then the following Wednesday, while we were in Florida for the week. Both days the pool, pool bar, and hot tub areas were closed to the public. They had huge sections of slot machines closed for repair, in an already small Casino, while they had Slot tournaments going on. It was horrid trying to fight over slot machines to play. Then we were stuck on the third floor because the elevators were malfunctioning. When I called the desk to report it, they told we had to take the stairs, which we did, only to find standing water on the bottom floor of the stairwell, where my wife fell and nearly broke her neck. Not only was it standing water but it was the most disgusting, dirty water you can imagine to be down there. After complaining to the hotel management about this dangerous, unacceptable series of events, they tried offering us a late check out or $50 food comps. I passed and let the manager know we would never again stay with them, who then allowed us to walk away. The food being served in the casino restaurants is disgusting as well. After the first night we had already decided we would t eat there again. The drinks are also watered down. This place is a total nightmare if your intending on enjoying your vacation.

Place was nice and for the most part people stayed the social. However there was a lot of people without mask this is why I'm giving it a two-star they need to be more strict with

They have the best Asian Restaurant along with great shops and clubs. If you've got the time you hang out the clubs are pretty nice too. Enjoy!

Overall Great Casino Property, they take care of you if you offer them good action on Table Games. Great Service in High Limit, with some of the best rules around for Black Jack. Only complaint is some of the patrons have no respect for others or the rules set in place. Overall my favorite gaming property.

Beautiful place. In regards to the casino, I'm not a fan of the players club. They said you only recieve comps if you lose a lot. I played for hours and was just above break even. Not a proper way to do business. Never heard a player's club tell me I have to lose to get perks....

I took my family from out-of-town to eat and to see a comedy show. To see the casino building, which is shaped like a guitar, is worth the trip by itself. We ate at the Hard Rock Cafe and our food was surprisingly good. The show was fun too. We also took the time to walk around, window shop the upscale boutiques, look at the pool and of course, watch people play blackjack. I was surprised that they had no craps or roulette tables but otherwise, a fun experience all around.

Great food options, lots of musical archives on the wall to enjoy. Several live musical options to choose from. However, no live dealers for roulette. All computers. Bummer.

Stay away from the food court. They do not know what they are doing. Very slow, arguing amongst themselves in front of customers, instead of serving them courteously. Should be no stars.

Good casino with free parking , has black jack live tables no live roulette .

Saturday night dinner was amazing. Love this place and all it has to offer.

They replaced the whole town area with a high end shipping plaza so other than the casino, entertainment and dining options are limited. Appearance is great but unless you are there to gamble not much to do

The rooms, even in the old (south) tower are bright, clean, spacious, with modern amenities (tv has Chromecast built in), good lightimg, maid service request or refusal by the push of s button... Excellent room service...
