Massive casino! They're currently building a giant guitar shaped building and I'm assuming it'll be a hotel. Got $50 for being a new member to their rewards system which is pretty cool. Played some table games and just enjoyed myself. The staff was super friendly as well
The new Guitar hotel lobby area and shopping /bar area has very much improved. My wife and I where very pleased with the decor and water falls at the lobby entrance.. Very well done. Bravo
The night clubs seemed well located however this time we did not go inside but only to look quickly at one after closing for a peak. Nothing outrageous but still a good optional venue.
People were looking good, and well dressed.. A bit more sexy and formally.. Which was nice to see.
The tables and staff, dealers, sups, and Cocktail waitresses were on point.
Nice experience overall.

Amazing experience, I recommend this casino hotel to everyone, the only thing I didn't like was the parking staff, they weren't very friendly when asking for self parking, but everything was very good.
Guitar hotel is really cool, but the casino was way overcrowded, both in terms of traffic and dining lines when we were there. None of the ride shares could get through, our first ride cancelled on us after spending 15 minutes trying to get to the entrance. The whole place was totally gridlocked, we had to walk about a mile away McDonald's at midnight to get a new Lyft.
Also, the slot payouts seemed low, we play the same games at casinos in other states, and for the same bonus the payout was about 90% smaller.
Recommend not going until they get less crowded, and don't play slots.
We had a nice experience while visiting hard Rock Hotel, it was our first stop in florida. Definitely worthy. The atmosphere, the bars, decoration.. Were wonderful. We even went to the casino. They have it inside and outside the facility.
Only impressive thing Is the light beam simulator of the guitar arm...
Great venue for a concert! Be sure to bring a jacket. It's cool in there. Drinks are expensive but overall a place that I would return to for a show.

Weekend ?? Overpack, parking is hard to get by, other than that it enjoyable. New hard rock hotel is fabulous !!

The decor is gaudy and the fun is gone. The new design makes it all about the casino now (which runs throughout the middle). What a shame - it used to be a cool place, like a faux city where you could walk to different restaurants, bars, stores, etc... Now you're inside a cheesy casino mall.
They took away the fun of going there, the bars club and cafes.

Tampa is better. This place is extravagant for sure but sometimes bigger isn't better. Beautiful pool that our room over looked. But it was closed for the weekend because of a tropical storm that MIGHT come... meanwhile it has been sunny all day so far and its 11:30 now. They could have closed once weather got rainy.
Beautiful place, i had to go and check the new building the guitar hotel is just breathtaking, i think i walk like an hour trying to find the best angle of it (worth it), and i really think the best place to admire the building is from the 7 floor at the guitar hotel parking lot . The stores inside of the casino are just beautiful and the bars as well. Make sure you guys check the lights show that they have when you enter at the guitar just beautiful.
Went to Lionel Richie concert. Start time for concert was 8pm. Non smoking concert. The ciggerette smell was so nasty. The whole place stunk of ciggerettes and it had a stench of piss. Concert didn't start until 9pm. Dirty place and wouldn't recommend it to my dog. To build this in Hollywood is so ignorant. Hollywood is a shot hole place. Low income area with high crime, drugs and people who don't care about life. I will never come back and it was a very poor choice to come in first place.
You won't be disappointed! We stayed in the Guitar Hotel. Our room was spacious, modern with gorgeous vanity and bath. The room was very quiet and sleeping was heavenly on their bed. We tried out room service which was quick and delicious. They even have Canine creations on the menu that our 2 small dogs were quite happy with, (steak, rice, and broccoli). If you walk out the lobby of the guitar hotel and walk right there is a little trail with grass and trees where my dogs were able to walk. It would be great if they had a dog waste can with bags so that "business" could be properly disposed of. As far as the casino goes, it was a whole lot of fun. Lots of new slot machines that let me play for a long time. My husband plays poker at the tables and in the poker room and he had no complaints. The hotel is gorgeous with plenty of things to do besides gamble. There are restaurants, shops, live entertainment, a light show every evening by the pool. The pool is spectacular. We are definitely going back.
Beautiful every where you look! Multiple food choices. High end stores. No longer any open air shopping, restaurants, music or clubs. All indoors except for beautiful pool and spas. Had an amazing salad in food court! Patron on tap! Whaaaat!
As casinos go, this is the one you would definitely go to if you are in the area. My opinion is very biased since I dislike smoking and every time I ve been here it s been overcrowded. Unless something changed, this Casino, like so many others, allows smoking and it s just unpleasant walking through the casino because of it. These are the last places where people can smoke, and it s always insanely crowded on the weekends. They have ridiculous amounts of parking and older people. Their venue for music concerts is terribly structured since it s a rectangular box, so all the seats on the sides are a waste of money, you d need to have a center seat to have any chance of facing the stage. Food court has to serve the masses, which is does, but it s no different than a cafeteria because it has to serve large masses of people. If you want any chance of having a decent meal, you must reserve well in advance. If you re a younger person, please think twice before going here, unless it s New Years (that was ridiculously fun years ago!). In most other cases, you will probably feel like you re in a retirement community for the masses. I probably wouldn t consider going back even if I make it to 60.
