Definitely the place to go lots of new machines take your time to gamble win big

LOVED this place!! The excitement in the air opening night was palatable. The staff I encountered were all on point. They have all the latest slots and the old favorites, too. There s a food court with all types of food so you re bound to find something that suits your fancy. We had burgers there and they were delicious! We saw so many hand pays man! It was unbelievable! The memorabilia they have on display is really something to see, too. We didn t have time to see it all but some of my faves were Sammy Hagar s famous checkered suit, John Lennon s vest, Michael Jackson s outfits, Johnny Cash & Heart s guitars, and a super cool dress worn by Lady Gaga. The 3D model of their guitar hotel expansion was also on display which was neat to see. I appreciated seeing Seminole Indians there as well. Seems like they are truly involved in the business instead of just being used as a marketing ploy. Every time I visited the ladies room there were people in there cleaning so they always looked immaculate. That says a lot about a place to me. The only negative I can think of is they didn t have sweet iced tea I haven t found that anywhere during this trip tho so it s not really a bad reflection on Hard Rock. It s just not Arkansas LOL

Fun place to be if you like gambling at the casino plus very hotel, live music, and pretty soon in October the grand opening of the new Guitar shape tower and getting ready for super bowl 2020

Enrique at the front door/greeting/valet was Amazing! His service & kindness definitely added to our overall enjoyment of our stay! Hotel & Casino were incredibly clean, floor to ceiling. We loved our stay! Only down falls were the food court food was not quality for the price and the employees were not very friendly in that area and construction started early in the am but they were kind enough to take off the resort fee for that!

I love this place! There is never a dull moment at the Hardrock. From gambling, to the best restaurants and shopping, you can easily find something to do. The new hotel is amazing and truly something to see in person. I would highly recommend.

You win a lot in games. Casino is always clean. There is always people going around with water and coffee. The cashier like is fast even tho the line looks long.

Parking was extremely confusing as they expand their lot, but we eventually figured out where to go. Once inside the Hard Rock, grandeur is the name of the game. It's beautiful if you can get past the thick cigarette smoke smell. They would benefit from some kind of air filtration system and fresheners of some sort. It's a bit jarring to have the beauty surrounding you smell like an ashtray.

Casino has rude staff ,drinks are expensive, minimum bets are high ,smoking inside ,dont like at all

Nice ,clean, newer digital slots. Very tight!! If you don't mind loosing all ur gambling budget, then you'll have fun. Plenty of eateries to satisfy any craving.

Lovvvvveeeee this place. Parking suxs but they did a great job with this place. Valet lost my keys and had to wait 2 hours for my car.

I liked the ambiance of the hotel, especially with the new Guitar Hotel, having a chic, yet retro style and plenty of music memorabilia. Plenty of restaurant choices and stores, though really pricey.

Overall good experiences here, come to the pool for the fourth and they shut down half of the pool to prepare for tonight. Wasted space. They could ve and should ve closed the area at 4-5 and had their personnel bring out the tables and they shut down the sunny side of the pool to top it off!! Disappointing!!!!!!!!

Sheleen at the front desk was very friendly and made myself and family feel comfortable. Sheleen had excellent customer service and just wanted to point out her services, sheleen is an asset to your company. Not only will I return, I will tell my family and friends about the great service and food here at the HardRock Hollywood.

I love the new Hard Rock Casino. I've been going since 2015 and I play the slot machines only and have won a lot of money. The money really comes in handy. You only need to be patient and stay on one machine because as soon as you move someone else will win what you've put into the machine.

So far so good, the service was very attentive and the location extremely fun. Second day of my stay has been great so far...

Beautiful, spacious casino with courtesy staff. Displays are just on point and informative.
They have a wide variety of gaming options so you'll be sure to find something to play.
They have a handful of restaurants to grab a quick bite. We even saw a masseuse working on the floor... How awesome is that?!

They were upgrading the Casino so it was a little confusing at first to locate everything but it was still nice. The Asian rice was ok, staff was friendly, slots.... not so loose. $5 tables were hard to find. But I really enjoyed myself other than that. I think next time I may get a room at the casino.

Beautiful exciting hotel to visit and to enjoy for dining and entertainment. Lovely designed interiors all throughout. It is a great place to have fun and to relax. They definitely have lots of options for the non gambler.

I went to the Hard Rock Cafe to get my free bday meal. I had a delicious 24kt steak burger. It was delicious. They are having a grand reopening in two days. A lot of renovation work still going on. Hope they make it.

Really nice design. Fun place. But so crowded. And they wouldn't honor my premium card from Atlantic City Hard Rock Casino. Don't understand why.

Not a great experience what's so ever ! Waited for drink while bartenders have a conversation for like 8min just not worth all the hype!!

Went to see Trevor Noah comedy show in Jan'18. and the line to get into the second show was ridiculously long. Maybe the first show went over but there was no staff around to keep the crowd organized and no announcements were made. Inside the theater, the rows were narrow, the seats were small and also uncomfortable. I'm not that tall but had to sit sideways. I almost fell out the seat from laughing too hard. After the show there was nothing to do besides gamble since everything is closed. Maybe it's better now but I haven't wanted to go back. Hopefully, when the construction is done the theater will be renovated and the restaurants/nightclubs will reopen. Would be one star if Trevor wasn't so funny.

Smallish casino, needs better ventilation. The smoke was strong. The room for non smoking was nearly empty, but only had slots, no table games. The decor was nice.

Guitar Hotel looks awesome. It is beautiful if you are booked at the hotel but not worth the drive just to see a guitar shaped hotel.

Pool area closed to stroll around, clubs are closed. Everything else was great plenty of restaurants, casino, shops music and walking around. Enjoyable time.

I do not gamble but, I am surprised people still smoke cigarettes indoors.

Nice location, but the shops are more expensive designer shops not any longer the cool Hard Rock shops.

Always a fun place to visit. Went in there for about 20 minutes and flipped a dollar into 25 bucks in one "pull" of the slot machine, I wish I put in more money. I used to go here another when I lived there and had to go back just for memories purposes and to show my daughter. Always a go to for a place to go for something to do as there is a ton of places to experience.

There was traffic being directed everywhere but no one knew where I could park my RV. I eventually parked it. Signs say cash o but not a lot of information on car park levels or in lifts. I entered the casino and chewed the cigarette smoke so no doubt someone will get secondary cancer and sue them. I found the rock merchandise shop and left as quickly as possible without putting the visit on my rewards card. Would I stay there...with the smoke issue alone. No

Very clean. Would like to see bigger and better games . Not the small time ones. Tampa Hardrock has better selections.

I stayed in the Guitar. Beautiful hotel and gorgeous pools. Will definitely return especially when it gets warmer.

For a casino I suppose it's nice... It's mostly shoot machines where you push a button and it she's your money. Not enough card tables and minimum bet is $25/hand or more. I went on with $100 to spend on entertainment for the night but got like three minutes of entertainment (and made $100 so I stopped). Place is smoky too... They purposefully make the exit hard to find and all sides look the same. Line at the ATM was really long, but no line to cash out my chips where they even have their own vocabulary ("you want em large?"). Why oh why do people go back to the ATM? If you have to do that, it's time to leave and bet on an s&p index fund. I know it's boring but I don't want to pay your welfare check.

I recently stayed in the shorter Oasis tower attached to the Guitar tower and I was very impressed with the standard room. When I first walked into the room I thought I had been upgraded to a deluxe room but it was indeed the standard room. It is gigantic. Upon entry, there is a mini hallway that opens up to a very spacious living space with a humongous bathroom complete with separate shower and toilet spaces. I was shocked at how big this bathroom was given that it was a standard room. The decor of the room is tasteful and modern. The bed was really comfortable and the sheets/towels are very good quality. The refrigerator was empty so I was surprised that there was no mini bar but I m not a mini bar person so i wasn t affected. That said, there is a very varied room service menu including items would normally find in a mini bar. Also, the hotel itself is beautiful -the waterfall in the center of the hotel is breathtaking. There are many comfy areas to sit and relax including various bars. Great valet parking.

The smell of cigarette smoke is everywhere in the casino but that is something no one can escape in these types of places. When I initially checked in, my first room smelled like a cigarette so I went back down to the front desk and they immediately were able to switch me to a new room. Although I was surprised that the room was given to someone with it smelling that way, I was very pleased with how they handled the situation. I m sure I will be back in the future.

The new building and show room are nothing less than fabulous ! Definitely must come back when not working here to see a show !! Highly recommended !

One of the better casinos in South Florida. Like any casino it's tough on nonsmokers, even if you play in the nonsmoking areas (last I checked smoke drifts anywhere in the room). A long walk from the garage to the casino while construction takes place; I'm sure it will get better once they are done. For blackjack players, no constant shuffling machine is a boon. Whenever I'm in the area and have time, this is where I end up.

Saw Frankie Valli there. once you've lived in Vegas, casinos don't excite you. However the music venue was nice. While we were in Row 9, it didn't look like they're was a bad seat in the house.

A bit of Vegas in Hollywood, FL. After you get over the wow factor, service is slow & erratic. Managers & Staff seems confused. Prices very high. Nice to walk around & see fountain & exterior light shows.

Parking your car is little bit tricky with all the Construction. Signs are confusing. Been a few years since I've been to this casino it has really transformed into full fledged Casino.

Long time without vacation due to the pandemic. At Hardrock casino and hotel i felt safe and secured. Thank you.

A very nice place. Although the State of Florida may not have a mandatory mask mandate. I was pleased to see that wearing of mask was mandatory. I wish there was more non smoking areas that are clearly marked as in Atlantic City , NJ because the non smoking room slots are clearing not as abundant as is the smoking areas of the casino. The food court was great, and because I'm a dice player and love to play live craps not machines. This is the reason for a 4 star rating and not a 5!

It's great when you're winning, but a new level of hell when you aren't.

Usually a great experience, a lot of construction going on right now, had jackhammer going constantly on floor above us, front desk was not very accommodating, would recommend somewhere else until construction is done

Great food and wonderful atmosphere! Lots of entertainments for adult such as shows, gambling and night life. Be sure to order their rack of ribs, it is amazing!

Not it's not that great the parking lots are always full and there are not many restaurants and if you just want to drink they force you to eat otherwise they don't make you sit crazy stuff

My very first stay in the Oasis Tower King Room with a view of the parking garage was great! The decor and design of the room was beautifully done. The shower was my favorite part...I could definitely reside in the shower forever.

Had a great time here. A bit pricey$$$ bit it IS a resort. Got a cabana with fans by the pool Friday and Saturday and that made a big difference in the heat. All staff was very nice. Room was made up before ten am!!

Nice looking place. Limits are very high and the smell of weed everywhere was ridiculous! Especially in pool area where we had to wait 30 min to get in. Lots not following mask rules. Slot machines very tight just throw $50 on floor and see how long it takes someone to grab it, that will last longer then on a machine

A lot of construction going on but parking went smoothly. The new hotel tower is shaped like a guitar body, should be pretty cool when finished. This was my first time here and I went for The Big Smoke. Had a great time and would definitely go back if in the area.

It was very good but, the smell of cigarettes and alcohol were so much that a person will get lung cancer if he sayed for 2 days in the casino.

Service is good and they keep the area safe, enforcing a great protocol on health precautions.

I currently work there. I personally feel safe there but I've seen guests there without wearing masks especially in the lucky street garage.

We had a great time, the group that was playing was great! (3am Tokyo) but there was a really nasty drink on the menu, pineapple something...tasted like club soda and grill marks. The server was great and put together something better.

Casino was nice, free parking, but no alcohol after 11pm and liquor is not free like other casino's

Charles working at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino store was extremely helpful! Very nice, made me very comfortable and helped me get my players card even though I know that's not his job. Also the lady that was working at the Center Bar this morning around 8:30 a.m. was extremely nice and informative. Overall the casino is obviously going through renovations but I will definitely come back here!
