Hired them because i thought it was a local company which would make it easier and so but it turned out pretty bad. I will point out all the issues and you make your own judgement before hiring this company.
1) Dont believe what they tell you. You should ask them to show and prove that they actually did it.
2) Should you want to hire them to develop an website/app when the project manager is not a developer and she is the first line of contact that you have to go through? It is a huge drawback when the Proj Manager is not an expert.
3) Ask them how they keep track of the time if they charge by hour. Apparently, they dont use time doctor to keep track of that and they just bill you whatever. Want to hire them? I would never again!
4) Check their social media (Facebook, Linkedin, etc) to see how many people/staff they actually have. I Would never hire anyone or any company that has no solid evidences.
5) Jeff is probably the one that has coding experience but does he actually work on the project or some newbies are actually doing the work.
6) They are not much diff than alot of companies out there so just keep in mind that you need to do your research, interview them, see their actual works (not some apps or sites already online) and dont believe them easily. There are still a lot of companies out there that can do fantastic jobs and cheaper too.
7) They said they made many great apps and etc...i doubted it because even some basic
Queries they could not make it properly then how on earth they could have done? Too good to be true
Enough said about my experiences with this
Company, please n please have a solid research before hiring them or any other companies....i truly dont want anyone to get trapped, wasted time and money on inexperienced developers when there are lot of good great companies out there.
