Mike Bradley was great. I shopped around and he was able to find the best deal and the perfect Silverado. Our only issue was when we went to sign the paperwork. Everything was going great until we were offered the 3 year extended warranty that starts after the initial warranty ended. We declined the extra warranty as it was not in the budget. The guys attitude did a complete change from totally friendly to what seemed like he just wanted us out of his office. This was a total bummer.

Other than that I will continue going to Selman for my maintenance and other needs. We did not let this issue ruin our experience.

I had a great experience with my last service visit at Selman Chevrolet. It was a routine visit for my Volt, and my Service Advisor, Gabe Trejo, made sure that it was all smooth for me, including a Lyft ride home while the work was done, and a Lyft ride back to Selman when my car was done. Perfect

I took my 03 Chevy Tahoe Z71 to the collision center for they could repair my rear bumper and quarter panel. From the beginning they broke the steps down how the process was going to go down. They called me to notify me the estimate time of the repair, but I didn t answer because I was busy at work so they emailed me and called back the fallowing day. That said, Selman Chevrolet truly are a caring and a professional environment. My repair took a week long. That includes the estimates , waiting on parts and labor. I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a superb work.

I have been here three times. The service is always great and fast. There's always someone available for questions and updates on your vehicles progress.

The customer service at Selman Chevrolet is consistently A1. They do whatever is needed to make sure you are taken care of and each time I came feeling welcomed and respected. I visited last month and Joe helped fix an issue from a prior unfortunate experience at a different auto shop. They were able to resolve my issue and also fix a separate check engine issue I've been dealing with for a long time!

A few weeks ago, I was in a really bad automobile accident and needed to have my car fixed so when I called my insurance to file the claim, they recommended this place for the fix based on proximity to my house and I agreed after reading the rave reviews (for the collision center, not the dealership - look for those when searching).

Ricardo was the person that handled my auto claim and the body work on my car. From start to finish, he was absolutely amazing. When he looked at my car, he told me it would probably be hard to get parts for a discontinued car. The car itself needed two new doors, a trunk, a bumper, rear panels, etc. It was a mess and I'm surprised it wasn't totaled but I got a call a few hours later that they found all the parts, the paint, etc and it was all ordered, striped down and ready to go. I couldn't have been more surprised and ecstatic. I even got an email with the estimates of the damage and what parts were ordered.

I was given an original estimate of about a month given the damage but to my surprise, 10 days later, the car was ready to go! It looked brand spankin new and they even fixed some dings and scratches near the front end to make it look as new as possible. Plus, they also detailed it from the inside so that my car was a new as it could be. I couldn't be happier.

Another bonus was the rental car situation. Since my accident occurred close to work and my car was towed away from the scene, I had to get a rental car down in South County and my car was towed to North County and I had to figure out how to get my rental back down there and my new car. They agreed to take my car, pay the cost of sending the car back down to south county - all so that I could drive away with my old car and not worry about the hassle of my rental and how to get it back. Hands down, best customer service ever.

There is also a warranty on my car for the life of my car on any parts they put in - you just can't beat that.

Zeus and Mori were both excellent to work with. They were patient and able to work with me and I ended up with exactly the car I wanted and at a price I could afford. We will definitely be returning the next time we need a new car, and for any services on my car. Everyone at the dealership was great!

Tommy Edrisi was an excellent salesman who made the purchase process quick and easy. Wayne was a great finance guy and explained and completed the paperwork very efficiently. Buying a new vehicle is not always a good experience but I can honestly say that my new Chevy Tahoe purchase was a great new car buying experience. I highly recommend contacting Tommy if you are in the market for a new Chevy.

Selman's Service Department is great, and Ramon (our service rep) is the best! He always goes the second mile for us. He handles our service in a timely and satisfactory manner... every time.

Attended a launch event of their latest vehicle, and enjoyed the entirety of it.

I was looking for a specific truck. After looking on the lot there were non available. Tommy Edrisi asked me if he could be of assistance in helping me find what I need. From the time I sat down with him to go over what I was interested in until the time it arrived on the lot Tommy was a great help. Very professional, not pushy ... just interested in serving the customer. I have had many car sales dealings and this one was at the top. Wonderful experience.

I was extremely happy with my recent visit to Selman Chevrolet for the service of my vehicle. Todd took excellent care of explaining what was done to it and I was able to understand everything. I waited in the lobby for my car to be serviced and the environment was pleasant.

My poor car is not the luckiest and after damage to both side mirrors I could no longer put off all the other things that needed repair (2 side mirrors, 1 windshield, and 2 seat belts that my pitbull pooch ate halfway through to be exact). The staff at Selman are friendly, very accommodating, and made the process very easy. Jessica took care of all the details and made a stressful situation a breeze for me- including scoring me a last moment loaner vehicle. They did a quality job repairing my car and the whole experience was nice and easy. Thumbs UP.

parts department is horrible. my silverado has seven different models for that year and the refused to tell my my own trim package and refused to give me the part number. How can a chevy owner get parts if the refuse to tell you their own part number.

When I bought a Chevrolet from an untrusted dealer I said I will never do it again, but Selman Chevrolet turn my opinion in another way. They were great with me and my car is in a very good condition. But my previous Chevy I sold at car-liquidation. com auction partnership and you know it has many bidders on it... great way of getting rid of your old cars))))

Summary: dishonest bait and switch!

I was referred here for a car by the Costco Auto Sales Program. I was looking for a Certified Pre Owned (CPO) vehicle in a particular trim, or at minimum with certain specific options. I was given the names of two sales associates, one of which was Jason Holley, who I dealt with.

I received an email from Jason the next day, who asked what vehicle make, model, options and color I was looking for. After a few emails, he found me one I was interested in. He sent me a link to the vehicle and I made an appointment yesterday evening to see it.

That day, I noticed that the link to the vehicle he sent me no longer took me to the specific car, but to the inventory page with similar models in stock. I had taken screenshots of the vehicle I was interested in and noticed that it wasn't listed anymore. I was a little bit concerned, but since I made an appointment to see it, I considered the possibility that they might taken the listing down because they were confident in making the sale. Nevertheless, I've had typical poor experiences with dealerships, so my guard was up.

About an hour before my appointment, he emailed me stating that he would be unable to make the appointment for personal reasons, and referred me to his partner Felix. I called Felix to let him know I was coming, in and Felix assured me that the car I wanted was parked right in front, ready for me to see it.

When I got there and met Felix, he unlocked the car and I sat inside it. I looked around at the interior and immediately realized that it was NOT the car I was interested in. The mileage was higher and it did not have the options I wanted. I told Felix that it was not the same car and he insisted that it was, so I showed him the screenshots on my phone and reaffirmed that it was not the same car. He looked at an inventory number and went back to his office to look it up. After a moment he came back, apologized and said that they did not have the car I wanted in their inventory. No other explanation was given. He said he didn't know anything more because I was working with Jason, who was conveniently unavailable. Felix asked if I wanted to take that one for a test drive since I was there. I refused and walked out.

Typical bait and switch. They didn't have the car I wanted and tried to deceive me and sell me a different car that didn't have the options I wanted. Selman Chevrolet, you didn't just lose one customer last night, you just might have lost all my friends and family as well, and maybe the people on social media forewarned by my review.

Selman Chevrolet's Service Department is incomparable! We will drive the many miles from La Habra for EVERY repair/service because no one does their multi-point inspections and checks all of my vehicle to ensure that EVERYTHING is running properly. I always drive away confidently knowing my family will arrive safely and soundly in our Selman-serviced vehicle!

Selman Chevrolet is the definition of Hospitality and Customer Service. Augie Bucio took care of me from start to finish and I really appreciated his efforts on locating the truck I wanted. The Sales Manager Larry Beavers got me superb financing. Wayne in the Finance department was very thorough and clear with all my financing and paperwork. Rodney in the Accessories Department gave me some good ideas and prices on customizing my truck. GREAT STAFF ALL AROUND!!! Will definitely purchase from again. The new Stingray perhaps?! lol

Connected to Selman via website. Selman met my expected price for the truck. I was able to go in and fill out paper work and pick up the car within an hour. Tommy Edrisi was pleasnt to deal and work with. There was some etched smudges in rear slider window and they replaced it while I was ding the paper work. Car was immaculate when it was delivered to me.

Bought a 50k new Impala and it just broke down a month after purchase. Sales manager said theres nothing they can do but repair it and they have new cars that break down all the time.You should spend your hard earned money and get something dependable. Now it will forever have issues on carfax. Thanks Selman....

I had scheduled an appointment online and they had no record of it when I got there. We'll give it another try. Service was fast and good once they got it in.

Overall the staff was courteous. Services were completed promptly. The part I like very much is the car wash. The part I would suggest improvement is that there didn't seem to be enough service reps when I took my car in. When I arrived for my appointment, there wasn't anyone to greet me. The reps all looks very occupied. I wasn't sure how long it would take until I was able to talk to a rep. I think I was 'unattended to' for about 10 minutes before someone noticed that I was there!

Brian did a great job of getting us taken care of; especially checking for needed/recommended service based on mileage.

I walked around for almost 30 mins and not one sales person greeted me! No one asked me and my partner if we had been help no hello no nothing! We went down the street on 17st and it was way better! Don't come here unless you wanna be ignored

I purchased a new truck from this dealer a few weeks ago. While I was buying the truck they couldn't of been more pleasant - the second I paid for the truck everyone's attitude changed. When I brought the truck back in with some questions and minor issues everyone I spoke with talked to me as if less than human, let alone a valued customer. I wouldn't write a negative review for just one or two bad employees. I spoke with the salesman, service dept manager, finance manager and even the dealership manager - I had a horrible experience with each to the very last one.
I will be finding another Chevrolet dealer for any future needs - I can only suggest you should too.

This review is for the service department. I made an appointment online and when I arrived Saturday morning I was told they didn't have technicians. If that was the case why not call and let me know instead of wasting my time. Absolutely no customer service they were very rude.

Traded my old vehicle for one of theirs back in October, but by November/December 2018 I was getting toll road tickets in the mail for my old car. I think hey were doing test drives with my plates still on the car. Its January 2019 now and barely finished going through all the hoops to get these off my record. What a headache.
