A few weeks ago, I was in a really bad automobile accident and needed to have my car fixed so when I called my insurance to file the claim, they recommended this place for the fix based on proximity to my house and I agreed after reading the rave reviews (for the collision center, not the dealership - look for those when searching).

Ricardo was the person that handled my auto claim and the body work on my car. From start to finish, he was absolutely amazing. When he looked at my car, he told me it would probably be hard to get parts for a discontinued car. The car itself needed two new doors, a trunk, a bumper, rear panels, etc. It was a mess and I'm surprised it wasn't totaled but I got a call a few hours later that they found all the parts, the paint, etc and it was all ordered, striped down and ready to go. I couldn't have been more surprised and ecstatic. I even got an email with the estimates of the damage and what parts were ordered.

I was given an original estimate of about a month given the damage but to my surprise, 10 days later, the car was ready to go! It looked brand spankin new and they even fixed some dings and scratches near the front end to make it look as new as possible. Plus, they also detailed it from the inside so that my car was a new as it could be. I couldn't be happier.

Another bonus was the rental car situation. Since my accident occurred close to work and my car was towed away from the scene, I had to get a rental car down in South County and my car was towed to North County and I had to figure out how to get my rental back down there and my new car. They agreed to take my car, pay the cost of sending the car back down to south county - all so that I could drive away with my old car and not worry about the hassle of my rental and how to get it back. Hands down, best customer service ever.

There is also a warranty on my car for the life of my car on any parts they put in - you just can't beat that.
