Overall the staff was courteous. Services were completed promptly. The part I like very much is the car wash. The part I would suggest improvement is that there didn't seem to be enough service reps when I took my car in. When I arrived for my appointment, there wasn't anyone to greet me. The reps all looks very occupied. I wasn't sure how long it would take until I was able to talk to a rep. I think I was 'unattended to' for about 10 minutes before someone noticed that I was there!
