Great job on the part of the staff that I worked with! Closing Kim is quick, concise, and accurate!

I urge you to avoid this Title Company. They work with the real estate company next door. Horrible experience from beginning to end. They gave us the Closing Package to review a day before the Closing, and it was filled with mistakes that needed to be corrected (the corrections were eventually made, hours before Closing). It was like we were dealing with an incompetent person that had no experience assembling a Closing package! The Closing agent was rude and refused to answer simple questions. She did not even make eye contact with us. The VP/Manager/Legal Counsel was very rude, disrespectful, and demeaning to us when we asked questions. I could also hear the employees in the front desk area making snarky/snobby comments because I dared to ask questions during the Closing. Not one friendly/welcoming person in the whole building! They refused to show me a copy of their privacy policy, and did not even want to discuss confidentiality, so now I'm worried that my confidential information is not safe. I've been buying/selling properties for many years, and I can honestly say that they are the most unprofessional title company I have ever experienced and they do not deserve even $1 of your money.

Everyone at Select Title shows respect and appreciation for everyone that walks through their doors. Very professional and they do a superb job.

Great experience selling FSBO. Helpful educated staff walked me through any questions I had. Would definitely do FSBO again thanks to them.

Not a great experience. Our closing cancelled, nobody told us until we wasted a day off work and showed up. We closed on Thursday and on Monday we still can't get them to send us our proceeds. They don't know how to send a wire to a credit union and then they need the form that we already completed at their office during the closing. Only one person in their company responds to calls and emails. Not a lot of good things to say about them.

Agree with another reviewer, closing documents not provided in timely manner(<24hrs in advance). Agent needed to have attorney renew ASAP at estate expense. Lien issue on title they could not resolve, didn t return calls to financial institution, agent had to intervene and resolve issue. Documents prepared incorrectly, even when informed in advance of issues. Covid: No one in the office wears a mask and they do not practice social distancing. Enter at your own risk.

It's a great place with some great people. They'll make sure to get the job done. Also the staff is super friendly and willing to help in any way they can. You can't go wrong having your closing through Select Title

They are great. They have jumped through flaming hoops backwards and upside down to save troubled deals for me.
