These guys are not trustworthy, if you buy from them they are nice guys but you ll never get any services from them. The most unorganized company I ve ever seen. Even the owner doesn t care if he must give service !!! They schedule service but don t show up! And when asking them why they start asking what was your problem?!!
If you buy any boilers from them, make sure you find another service company to do the services for you! Don t trust their service at all!

We bought Our McKenna Boiler over 35 years ago and it is not only still working today but it has outlasted other brands that my company has purchased. We recently replaced those other brands with two new McKenna Boilers and retrofitted our old McKenna with new controls and a new burner and they have been working great.
