As IT Director of a leading Kent Law firm i was looking for a capable local IT support contractor having used support services from further afield to date. I knew of Select from the days when they had a small computer shop on the high street and i kept one eye on them ever since. Select have grown into a helpful, capable and trustworthy IT support business led by a very passionate management team and an equally capable team of IT engineers. No job is too small or large and requests are all dealt with in the same professional and timely manner and are followed up using a very efficient IT ticketing system. I would wholeheartedly recommend Select to any small to medium size business looking for reliable and professional external IT support. Select can offer a simple remote helpdesk service up to a fully managed contract. I have also learned that Select are capable of offering a private and secure 'cloud' to provide robust outsourcing services should businesses not fancy running their own full service IT teams internally. Out of the 5 IT support companies i have used over the past 20 years Select come out way on top. Only 4 stars given? Well no one likes to give full marks but i am tempted!

Select have been supporting my business for 10+ years and have always given a fast, quality and thorough service - exactly what you need from IT support. The long standing team give me confidence that my concerns will be dealt with by someone that knows my business and its systems.

As a small business, we don't have the knowledge or time to manage our IT systems in-house and decided that rather than 'getting by' a managed contract would be the way to go. Our first experience of a managed contract with another firm was disappointing but having appointed Select our faith has been restored and we have received excellent service since.

We don't have a great deal of contact with Select, which is how we like/want it! Our server, emails, anti-virus and backup are all managed in the background and they pro-actively monitor the systems and get in contact when/if they have spotted a potential problem so things can be resolved before becoming an issue. Our account manager checks in quarterly and is easily contactable and quick to respond should we need anything.

If we ever have a problem the support team are always on the end of the phone/email and are quick to reply to queries and resolve issues and are able to explain things in plain English.

As a business that deals with lots of data we're confident in Select's ability to manage our system and their expertise provides us with the necessary assurances to win new business with security conscious clients.
