Exemplar didn t process our taxes properly in 2017 and here we are, year 2020 and still owe $5,000. Your company offered to do our taxes for the following year at no charge as an apology. We did not take you up on that. Reason being, I sat down with a financial advisor and specifically asked what I can do to make sure we do not owe again during consecutive years. This was asked because supposedly you set us up on a payment plan, we gave you all of our banking info, but among other things that didn t happen. I set it myself months later after nothing had been deducted from our balance, and we ended up paying more on interest. So thank you for that. This company has been the worst headache for us, and for what they charge to file your taxes, do NOT bother.
