As a small business, we don't have the knowledge or time to manage our IT systems in-house and decided that rather than 'getting by' a managed contract would be the way to go. Our first experience of a managed contract with another firm was disappointing but having appointed Select our faith has been restored and we have received excellent service since.

We don't have a great deal of contact with Select, which is how we like/want it! Our server, emails, anti-virus and backup are all managed in the background and they pro-actively monitor the systems and get in contact when/if they have spotted a potential problem so things can be resolved before becoming an issue. Our account manager checks in quarterly and is easily contactable and quick to respond should we need anything.

If we ever have a problem the support team are always on the end of the phone/email and are quick to reply to queries and resolve issues and are able to explain things in plain English.

As a business that deals with lots of data we're confident in Select's ability to manage our system and their expertise provides us with the necessary assurances to win new business with security conscious clients.
