Location is great, it's very clean, good price with true month to month, and great equipment. If you're just starting or lifting heavy its definitely got what you need. Very impressed.

This owner likes to walk up to paying customers and border line harass them. This gym takes NO COVID precautions and the staff are all anti maskers. Please go elsewhere.

I loved this gym. The only reason I had to leave was because I moved unfortunately. However, if you want an amazing gym, this is it.

Awesome gym! Owners have created an atmosphere that facilitates personal gains. Clean and well equipped.

If your not a member go inside and try it make a new you great gym clean and not over crowded

We joined a couple months ago. Very reasonable rates especially for couples/family memberships (kids over 18 I believe, maybe 16). We were paying a premium for HIIT classes at another place but with a little self discipline this place is perfect. Membership is month to month like most places.

They have cardio equip, weights, a room for stretching or jumping around if that s your thing, etc and they have a good selection. Good blend of clients of all shapes and sizes and you feel welcome as everyone s just doing their own thing. Music selection is clean, TVs at every cardio station to keep you distracted. Temp can be a little warm but very tolerable.

All in all, glad we joined. Way better then paying big bucks for a bike or other home machine. I figure we can go here for 3-4 years before the cost of a fancy home machine would pay off.

If you are looking for a friendly, no-frills gym that is open 24/7, this is the gym for you.

I have been going here for five or six years, and the atmosphere is always very welcoming, and the place is always spotlessly clean.

The pricing is also excellent. I have been a member at lifetime fitness, which is great, but it is three times the cost of select fitness.

The owner at select fitness is also very nice, and gets to know you by name.

Great place!

Perfect little gym has plenty of cardio machines, dumbells, barbells and other lifting machines. Staff and people are friendly.
