We joined a couple months ago. Very reasonable rates especially for couples/family memberships (kids over 18 I believe, maybe 16). We were paying a premium for HIIT classes at another place but with a little self discipline this place is perfect. Membership is month to month like most places.

They have cardio equip, weights, a room for stretching or jumping around if that s your thing, etc and they have a good selection. Good blend of clients of all shapes and sizes and you feel welcome as everyone s just doing their own thing. Music selection is clean, TVs at every cardio station to keep you distracted. Temp can be a little warm but very tolerable.

All in all, glad we joined. Way better then paying big bucks for a bike or other home machine. I figure we can go here for 3-4 years before the cost of a fancy home machine would pay off.
