If you are looking for a friendly, no-frills gym that is open 24/7, this is the gym for you.

I have been going here for five or six years, and the atmosphere is always very welcoming, and the place is always spotlessly clean.

The pricing is also excellent. I have been a member at lifetime fitness, which is great, but it is three times the cost of select fitness.

The owner at select fitness is also very nice, and gets to know you by name.
