Call for a water leak early in the morning on 12/23. Not complying with what they announce about attention in 3h (okay, we admit octopus) they assign me to repair the next day from 10 to 12. At 13 no one shows up and I call, they say they give notice and nothing. Not a call. A whole day wasted, have the decency to call and say if you are going to assist the client or not and then I will manage. Monday to consumption. After contacting them the technician has come and for the moment solved. But I reiterate, you have to report well. If they cannot attend and they tell you, you are looking for another solution, but waiting for nothing is not correct.

After reading all the negative reviews of this insurance, I had very little hope that they would solve a water leak that I had at home. Since the leak has caused damage to some walls, the insurance has taken care of the breakdown. In an initial session, the expert was not able to identify where the leak was, so they sent a plumber with leak detection equipment. After the visit of the plumber, the leak is solved, a visit by the mason to fix the damage is pending. In total the process has taken about 3 weeks, but I am very happy with the service to date. It is my first time that I use insurance, so I cannot compare with others.
