Call for a water leak early in the morning on 12/2...

Call for a water leak early in the morning on 12/23. Not complying with what they announce about attention in 3h (okay, we admit octopus) they assign me to repair the next day from 10 to 12. At 13 no one shows up and I call, they say they give notice and nothing. Not a call. A whole day wasted, have the decency to call and say if you are going to assist the client or not and then I will manage. Monday to consumption. After contacting them the technician has come and for the moment solved. But I reiterate, you have to report well. If they cannot attend and they tell you, you are looking for another solution, but waiting for nothing is not correct.
