The worst insurance company I know. After fifteen years they refuse to deal with a claim. The telephone attention, disastrous. The operator needed to make continuous interruptions to check the coverage of the policy. Finally the answer was negative, as in other previous occasions, that "surprise". It is outrageous'. Whatever the claim, it is never covered by the policy. I have already requested the change to another insurance company. I do not advise hiring them.

It has been just two weeks since we reported the loss caused by a city hall pipeline. With part of the Local Police testifying what happened. We gave part. The expert came. And no one has contacted. Two swollen broken water gates. The bathroom running water, dripping into the cellar. I'm going to go to the consumer's office to report them. We pay for three home insurance and nothing has been fixed for us.

If I read the reviews before, I certainly do not contract it.
The handyman service they offer is nefarious, and the claims department completely ignores it.
A carpenter's handyman went to make a change of hinges, leaving us the door of the furniture out of square, and claiming that it was the fault of the furniture, when initially it was not like that.
The claims department calls to apologize saying that he is not a carpenter, he is an apprentice, and when they are demanded to answer for his work, they offer to send it back, which presumably if he has not been able to do his work the first time, although go 100 times will not improve it. I have a home insurance with rga ... my son broke a laptop screen at a friend's house ...... well, I had to call more than 30 times and send more than 10 emails because every time I got talking to someone competent means I was told that the mail had not been received or that some document was missing. At no time have they contacted me to tell me that something was missing, I had to call myself, seeing that they did not enter the amount. And when I called hitting and more hitting ....... all this for a simple repair of 90 euros and being the first time in my life that I give a share ...... thankfully I do not burn the house because if I do not see myself sleeping while they solve it in a tent 2 years .... conclusion: as soon as I complete the insurance I will cancel it and my account in a rural box as a precaution also since I do not trust them seeing the bad management they have had ....
