They called me once to fix a leak in the roof caused by a neighbor, 20 minutes before the time they called me to cancel because they did not cover it, although there is leakage and cracks, as there is a small hole that has been made to see if it came of broken pipe, that they do not cover it, I do not understand anything and they say that they call me in a while that they are going to consult it. This was on a Friday and it's Monday night and nobody calls here. A shame
