Beautiful classic building but, the theatre felt really small compared to the Pantages... I really appreciated the leg room in the isles, though

This place is totally outstanding the plays Musical shows actually put on here are amazing I totally would recommend going here to see shows

World class performing art venue. Great location. Don't get balcony seats. They're never worth the tight squeeze.

Not sure If I should call it trick or scam!
I bought 2 Aladdin tickets for March 7th 2019 in November 2018. I received two tickets by mail several days later and everything looked legit(Please see the photo). But couple days ago I was notified by email that there is an issue regarding my tickets and I need to call them. So I called and they only said "This version of ticket is no longer valid and we will send you new tickets." OK... Everything seems fine. But Boooom, I received them with different seat numbers. What??!!! They conveniently changed my seat numbers and they did not bother to mention or ask. I called multiple times but no progress. What a cheap move. Not sure if it was a trick to sell the better seats to someone else or what? So I'm attaching the photo that displays my first tickets(No 114,115) next to new ones(131,132). BE AWARE Everybody!

I saw the Nutcracker for the first time and it was wonderful! They did am amazing job acting their part and the dancing was graceful and inspiring. I am filled with awe at the talent I saw tonight. Thank you!

Just saw Phantom...awesome show. If you see it once, you will want to see it again...this is my 6th time and it never fails to amaze.

Parking is a pain but so far most of the plays have been good.

A really beautiful hall, well run and designed. One caveat: acoustically designed to handle many styles, the acoustic signature is a little dead for traditional orchestra.

Was at Center Club. Great food, great service, beautiful setting

Great venue, but needs more bathrooms to accommodate the thousands of attendees.

Great theater with top Broadway shows. Only 1 ADA stall in a huge restroom.

Beautiful Theater, use the walk way from the second level of the parking garage.

Definitely over priced snacked but wow are the shows great. The seats weren't to expensive and the staff was very warm and inviting

Great theater in Costa Mesa. An abundance of parking and several restaurants in the area.

We spent more than we had expected for 2 "good" tickets to see and hear Lilly Tomlin. We had seen her on Broadway years ago in "...Signs of Intelligent Life..." and were very much looking forward to laughing with her again in our own back yard. Unfortunately, that turned out to be the most disappointing evening we have experienced in the theater in many years.

I had planned on obtaining an assistive listening device since I had had trouble hearing in the Center on several prior occasions. Before the show we stood in line for at least 30 minutes to obtain the earphones. When the line reached four people in front of me, the agent announced that all the devices had been distributed and additional ones would not be available until the performance was nearly over, and there would be no intermission. No offer of ticket refund was made.

We simply had to take our chances. Wrong! I could not hear anything for the entire performance. We asked others around us in the First Tier if they could hear and many said NO. And nothing in the production offered assistance for gaining meaning from context. It all sounded mumbled. We spoke to the usher and was told there was nothing they could do. Needless to say, we will think twice before ever attending performances at the Center again.

On the other hand, the next night we attended the presentation by Boz Skaggs and enjoyed it completely. We will have no hesitation in supporting presentations at the Segerstrom Concert Hall at any future time..

Tickets and parking are expensive. Difficult to hear as acoustics are bad.

Nice place. Plan to pay $12 to park in the structure.

This new outdoor plaza has nice wooden slat benches and an expensive outdoor bar like counter selling drinks and snacks. At night there were heatlamps closer to some small tables and chairs. The occasional free outdoor shows are pretty good. However there is very limited seating.

I always feel refreshed when I visit this place for performances from world class artists. Conveniently located, parking is easy.

We have enjoyed wonderful Concordia University concerts here on two different occasions.

So many stairs to walk up and down the elevators are so crowded and very slow. If you have a disability your out of luck.

Excellent sound, intimate venue. Wade Alladin, definitely for the kids

Segerstrom Center is a wonderful place for enjoying time, afternoon or evening! This earning in one theater the Beach Boys

In the other ai theseater, a superb A+ concert with the Symphony Orchestra, whole house on their feet with enthusiastic applause

Beautiful venue. Avoid the bar and snack area - the prices are ridiculously high.

Great place to see, great acting and performances in the OC.

Absolutely beautiful location, great acoustics, comfortable seats, all with excellent views of the stage, friendly and helpful staff and kept very clean, even with very large groups of people in attendance.

The acoustics are outstanding. I would not want to see a Symphony anywhere else in Orange County.

The Segerstrom is a nice place to catch a show. I've been here twice, once for Wicked and once for the Zelda concert. Had a very nice time during both events. A word of warning though, if you get a drink during the intermission you have to finish it before you can go back to your seat.

I have seen a few productions here. SAT in various locations throughout the theater. Top balcony is no joke. It's nosebleed.. it's steep... Loge seating is just about right.

Shen Yun was a good performance that we saw at Segerstrom, the only thing I didn t like was you can t eat or drink in the theater.

Huge venue, but still a wonderful place to catch a show

A magnificent concert hall with superb acoustics. We attended a concert performed by a well known string orchestra and the sound was crystal clear without being overwhelming. The general management of the concert hall was also superb, with polite, helpful staff ensuring the smooth passage of customers to and from their seats. Car parking was ample, reasonably priced and close by, making the visit the highlight of our holiday to California. The immediate area surrounding the concert hall is also worth visiting for the contemporary architecture and landscaping. All first class..

Always a pleasant experience. I may not enjoy all the shows, but overall a nice place to visit .

Love this performance center...so classic and elegant. The sound system was wonderful. Amazing !!!

Went to one of the family musical mornings here for the intergalactic event. It was amazing! The show was very entertaining (it included a funny skit that tied all the music together), they ended the performance with the title track to Star Wars (so awesome!!) and afterwards the kids did some crafts and tried some of the instruments. Overall I was very impressed. We want to go back next year when they play music from Harry Potter and other movies!

Phantom of the Opera.....need I say more? Very nice theatre. A little stuffy up in the balcony, and the elevators going down take forever. Otherwise, love it!

Very nice venue in Costa Mesa. Center tower parking is $12 for events and has a bridge to get to Segerstom.

The line up is great. Its the acoustics...anything on balcony and above and you are left out. But below balcony and you will enjoy the show.

The acoustics were wonderful! The play was great! We will be back! The shows are good.

Seats weren't very good and the tickets were marked up about four times face value not a good deal

Great theater venue. It's a large complex, so make sure you know which location you are going to. The website has parking suggestions which are helpful. The ladies' facilities are crowded, so make sure you give yourself a bit of time, but lines move quickly - they are planned well so you have separate doors to enter and exit. Bells let you know when the theater doors open and 5 minute warnings. Enjoyed our first visit.

Saw a beautiful show. Seating and temperature are comfortable. The buildings are architecturally very interesting.

Always a fun evening at Segerstrom, especially when you are watching Hamilton.

Poor parking setup. Leaving only 2 exit and attendant wasn't to bright slowing down exit further. Nice building. Went for a seminar. Parking cost $12.00
