We went here to watch a play. The performing arts center is very nice but extremely overpriced. My wife and I each ordered a drink (double) and were then talked into prepating for for another drink to pick up during intermission it was $120 for 4 drinks. It's partly my fault for not asking the price but who would have thought that I cocktail would be $30. I won't be doing that again.

Parking - Plenty of parking nearby at that parking structures.

Location - Great location right off the 405 fwy across from the mall.

Prices - Drink and snack prices are the usual going rates for a events center.

Concession - Pretty cool how they allow you to pre pay drinks to be ready during the shows break. Down side our guy poured an exact shot cup into my drink making it weak.

Staff - Mostly all nice staff in the place but did experience that rude one on the line to get in.

Venue - Gorgeous venue with lots of high end finishes and lots of seating do to its multiple levels. Seating was disappointing to me as you have very limited leg room, and you sit up at a very straight upright position.

Overall it was a nice place but that one staff member, weak pours, and seating had me give them a 3 star.

The nosebleeder seats feel like youre a mile away from all the action and its impossible to see faces from there but the sound quality is good enough that it doesnt matter. The house crew is amazingly nice and quick and efficient in dealing with any problem.

Walked into a mess for Saturday Shen Yun show. We had tickets, but were turned away. They (Sergerstrom) handled it so very poorly. Would not help us. Our seats were there empty because they would not check to solve the mystery. We lost out on the show that our daughter paid for as a gift to us. Very disappointed in Sergerstrom.

The building itself is maybe more along the lines of four stars, but it's kept in very decent shape. The staff are so helpful and friendly six stars. Finally, the production I went to see there was worthy of five stars, so...

The hall is immaculately maintained. The staff is friendly. The seating allows anyone to see the stage. It rests in an upscale area that is great for entertaining just about anyone. It's right off the freeway as well. It's an excellent venue.

We enjoyed a matinee showing of the nutcracker here. Finding the venue and parking was very easy. The parking structure was very convenient and we felt $12 for parking was fair. The concert hall was very easy to navigate and there was a large usher presence to help anyone with questions. The bathrooms show some age but were very clean and functional for large numbers of people. Concessions were somewhat limited but you can get a snack or a drink, we didn't go there for the food. We sat on the orchestra terrace and felt our seats were great! We will see future shows here.

the performer (patti luPone) was great, as always. but NEVER go to this theatre if you can't sit in the front half of the orchestra or in the top tier or two FACING the performer; i've been stuck twice BEHIND the performer and it was miserable, except the second time i refused to sit there and because the theatre was only 1/2 full (a shame!) i moved to a seat facing the stage; i see plays once a year in nyc and have never seen a theatre this poorly designed with seats behind the stage on any of the acrophobic tiers; they are horrible, and mgmt at the shows knows little to nothing; at the "manhattan transfer" show, 1/2 the "..transfer" was missing, and the other 1/2 announced and apologized for that at the beginning (but had "fill-ins" for the MAIN 2 players!); should have gone immediately and gotten a refund... when i mentioned it to mgmt, they didn't even know that 2 of the 4 key players were absent! so.... beware of where you're seated AND what you're seeing...

I really enjoyed going to Segerstrom to see School of Rock. The talkback with the cast was amazing, the hall itself is amazing. I love the little cafe they have, seats and prices are more than perfect. The only complaint I have is not everyone gets to go to the bathroom during intermission.
