Smart hotel. Currently undergoing some work to add rooftop terrace, though didn't cause any issues.
Clean, modern room, although the multi-jet shower cubicle will be cramped for many people.
Breakfast was very good with delicious pastries.

A very nice hotel without a doubt, but this is not enough: we booked a superior room (110 per night) for 4 nights and we ended up in a room that a superior had very little, apart from the harbor view: small, no the convenience of a closet where to store linens (the first time I had to leave things in your suitcase) and a bathroom without ventilation, the door was a few centimeters of bed. I asked the front desk for explanations and they said they were all like that. Moreover they have buffered the car in the yard but they have tried to stall saying to call after the holidays. Negative experience not to be repeated

Two-night stay in July. Mini vacation with a dear friend in a unique place for panoramic position and comfort. We were welcomed with professionalism and attention at the reception and customer care continued for the duration of the stay. Beautiful environments, spectacular views from the terrace from which we enjoyed super breakfasts (sweets made by the fantastic chefs!) And evening aperitif.top cleaning with daily linen change ....

The hotel is located on the port of Ancona and enjoys a fascinating view of the sea and the ships that embark goods and passengers. The room and the bathroom are clean, well furnished, very comfortable. The staff is courteous and helpful. We had lunch at the hotel restaurant. The roof garden opens in the afternoon and we saw it in passing. Breakfast includes sweet and savory and fresh fruit, with a wide selection. The hotel parking is small and for car management the reception asks to leave the car keys, which is moved by the hotel staff if necessary.

Here we left not satisfied, no sea view, but the big boats loading and unloading, not on the beach, ants in the room and when we went to report it someone just came to vacuum, charged too much, we were not in the bar but got a bill of 4 refreshments, and on departure they said, next time it will be better ????? There will be no next time, just a transit hotel

Excellent hotel, very nice, modern and with incredible views of the port of Ancona. I had a nice room with a semi view of the harbor. It has a ramp for luggage and the girls at the reception are very helpful and there is one that speaks Spanish. The breakfast cakes are excellent you eat them all, yes, they are not all dietetic. Some mediunas with pistachio highly recommended.
The restaurant on the terrace has an excellent view and at night, fabulous.
Do not miss it in Ancona.
It has a coffee machine in the room and the Wifi has a very good connection. It has a garage or a parking at the entrance with custody, although they did not say it was always a person guarding

I stayed at the Seeport hotel 4 nights with my girlfriend and found it really great. Beautiful view on the port of Ancona, is near the center and at the same time a great base for exploring the beautiful beaches and little Conero hills distant from the city. The included breakfast is outstanding, the prices are good.

In a fantastic location on the SeePort Roof Garden Hotel, we admired the sunset over the sea, surrounded by commemorative blue balloons, while there was talk of WordPress, including an appetizer and another.

It is certainly a modern and elegant hotel with a unique view of the harbor and a five-star restaurant. The staff is always at the height of the situation with professionalism and courtesy. The cozy and very beautiful

Hotel with a beautiful view of the sea and the port of Ancona, the rooms are spacious and very clean, the breakfast area is bright with plenty of space for the buffet. Above there is an excellent gurmet restaurant, which however lacks value for money. From the hotel you can easily reach the city center of Ancona also on foot.
The bar offers plenty of choice of alcohol.

Comfortable and really well cleaned rooms; the shower instead, despite having the possibility to diversify numerous jets, is very small.
The hotel's terrace is excellent, where you can enjoy breakfast (really tasty!) And an aperitif with a view of the sunset over the sea.

There is no parking near the hotel (narrow street with many cars always parked), but the hotel staff is available, handing over the keys, to park the car in their garage.

Every now and then you can give yourself the small luxury of a breakfast / brunch buffet at the seaport even without being a hotel guest: great place, view and kindness.

Modern and comfortable hotel with helpful and attentive staff for every need or problem solving. Location close to the center of Ancona and the Corso Garibaldi promenade. The location also allows a day visit to the beauties of the Marche including the beaches of Conero or the interior of the region (Loreto, Recanati, ...). The only drawback is the somewhat narrow shower. It has a panoramic terrace where you can have a super breakfast with freshly prepared dishes, cakes, croissants or where to have lunch or dinner at the Gourmet Geneva restaurant, Michelin 2020 guide.

Assuming that given the price paid, the reputation of the hotel, its stars and reviews I had high expectations for this stay, I was deeply disappointed.
I booked a superior sea view by phone asking explicitly, and paying, a rate including parking in the automated garage, at a cost of 149 euros for one night. Upon my explicit request, I was told that the car would be accessible and deposited at any time, with the deposit in the automated garage by the hotel staff, without time limits and therefore, with these insurances, I book the room satisfied .

Also, looking out over the parking lot, I notice that my vehicle, left in the square the previous evening to be parked in the automated garage as per the booked rate, was still there and in addition another vehicle had parked right next to my car.
To my grievances, at the reception I am told that the parking attendant was probably gone by the evening. So I wonder, if someone wanted to collect their vehicle inside the parking lot, would they have to wait until the next morning? So either an opening time of the private automated car park is entered and the guests are notified or it is assumed (as per the previous phone call, among other things) that it is accessible at any time of day.
I attach photos of the unhooked awning and the parking lot.
I'm sorry because the hotel I think has great potential, but the flaws found are absolutely not in line with a 4-star hotel. Not recommended.
