Assuming that given the price paid, the reputation of the hotel, its stars and reviews I had high expectations for this stay, I was deeply disappointed.
I booked a superior sea view by phone asking explicitly, and paying, a rate including parking in the automated garage, at a cost of 149 euros for one night. Upon my explicit request, I was told that the car would be accessible and deposited at any time, with the deposit in the automated garage by the hotel staff, without time limits and therefore, with these insurances, I book the room satisfied .

Also, looking out over the parking lot, I notice that my vehicle, left in the square the previous evening to be parked in the automated garage as per the booked rate, was still there and in addition another vehicle had parked right next to my car.
To my grievances, at the reception I am told that the parking attendant was probably gone by the evening. So I wonder, if someone wanted to collect their vehicle inside the parking lot, would they have to wait until the next morning? So either an opening time of the private automated car park is entered and the guests are notified or it is assumed (as per the previous phone call, among other things) that it is accessible at any time of day.

I'm sorry because the hotel I think has great potential, but the flaws found are absolutely not in line with a 4-star hotel. Not recommended.
