Great disappointment ... we stayed there regularly for 5 years. We ask exceptionally a late checkout because my 7 year old son has an ear and fever (13h instead of 11 / 12h). The "director of the hotel" negotiates extra housekeeping ... petty and shameful ... family, go your way ...

Very clean and elegant, friendly staff and breakfast with a wide choice of Italian and continental. Wide selection of freshly baked cakes!

I have stayed twice at this hotel on my way back from Greece and have greatly enjoyed doing so. The service, the views and the food are remarkable. I would have stayed a third time but booked the wrong date. When I arrived the hotel was full but the staff arranged for me to stay at their sister hotel and drove me there without additional charge. I am indeed grateful for the kindness courtesy and efficiency I received from the staff.

We stayed 2 fabulous nights ... beautiful and romantic ... all wonderful including the aperitif on the terrace overlooking the harbor. We were so good that we'll be back for a week course fabulous !!!!

I often come to Ancona for work and unfortunately this time the hotel where I usually stay had no place so I opted for a hotel that was still 4 stars. To say that I was disappointed is little; non-existent parking, small rooms as well as the bathroom; breakfast not up to par. Only positive note: the room was quiet.
Obviously they will never have me as a customer again.

The location of the Hotel is very good and the staff is very friendly. But for a first class hotel the rooms are small and the bathroom is not fully equipped, e.g. no tissue. Parking was difficult except you have a Tesla. You have to leave the key with the frontdesk, which is unusual for Europe. Breakfast was ok. We will not come back.

A hotel with a beautiful view of the Port. Some corridors are a bit long but still remain welcoming and illuminated. The. Breakfast is rich with lots of sweets handmade by the chef every day and you can hear it. WiFi is great, a very fast and stable connection. Impeccable reception and parking service. Recommended for those who can spend a little more.

Very nice hotel, with parking and close to the center of Ancona. The rooms are spotless, the breakfast is excellent with different choices, the dinner very good with different dishes for each choice.

Everything was great, the location and rooms, as well as the food. The roof terrace was great, great view of the harbor. Car was safely parked in a garage.

Great location. Quick walk to everything and right on the port. Loved the restaurant in the hotel. Staff was incredibly helpful.

Colazione: 10 e lode, non penso che meriti commenti particolari. Le brioche al pistacchio sono sublimi, e la prima volta che le trovo in un hotel; comunque vasta scelta per i dolci. Il salato ottimo.

I've been to Sunday brunch, so much variety that ranges from sweet to savory with some particularly tasty elements. very nice restaurant with young, kind and helpful staff. the terrace overlooking the harbor has a view that discounts everything, even the price is not very low. However a pleasant experience both for those who are local and for those visiting Ancona

Classy environment, excellent services, room at the expected level. Inconvenient enough, that without a car you risk staying in the hotel without visiting the surroundings.

Excellent harbour view. Excellent service, staff are all very polite and with hospitality. We arrived very early after landed from ferry from Split. No early check-in, but have luggage storage. Extremely comfy bed. Value for money!

Excellent stay of 3 days. Well-kept and cleaned rooms every day. Nice view from most rooms. Friendly and competent staff. Automatic parking: enter the car in a kind of garage and an automatic system parks it. Abundant breakfast. What more can you ask for!

Comodo per lavorare in zona Teatro delle Muse. Con vista industriale sul porto, ho avuto assegnata una stanza piccolina ma molto ben studiata, con un bollitore fra le commodity (per me sempre molto utile). Colazione varia e piena di prodotti per diverse tipologie di alimentazione, vegana, per celiaci ecc.
staff molto cortese, anche in terrazza dove abbiamo chiuso le serate di lavoro fino alle 2.00am con del buon vino locale e un garbato servizio.

The sea is the key feature of the hotel, particularly struck me while I was at the table: the sea front through the window, into the sea thanks to the delicious cuisine and the unique atmosphere. As I had never seen Ancona before.

Excellent choice!!!We arrived after midnight with no reservation.The staff is vere friendly and helpfull.The check in procedure was quick and smooth.The hotel is super clean and comfortable.We asked to put our car at the underground garage and they did for us...really very nice gesture as we were very tired.Nice breakfast also!Strongly reccomended!Thank you very much!

The view over the port is great. Rooms look very nice and the bed is very comfortable. Unfortunately during our stay the breakfast and restaurant had limited options. Location is close to the old city. Staff is friendly and helpfull.

Location for me is excellent both for the center on foot and for the riveira del conero at 15/20 minutes by car. Very kind staff and cleanliness of the rooms.

Toilets not working, hotel did nothing about it. Had to walk to the restaurant to take a dump. Food and room were nice, but the toilet and the staff response was unacceptable.

Beautiful structure, modern and excellent service. I had a small problem booking brilliantly solved dall'efficente receptionist.

Last night I had dinner with the tasting menu. Excellent dishes, excellent wines and excellent combinations. The sixth star goes to chef Paolo.

Everything perfect, apart from the fact that in the booking booking I had the jacuzzi, instead the room was with a shower.

A must visit. Laid back Italian style with wonderful elevated sea views and gourmet food and wines to die for!

Decent hotel, nice view, good location to reach the center. Price too high, considering breakfast not included. We were charged 12 euros for parking by letting us park outside the hotel. What a scam !!!

Bathroom is not suitable for older people, since the bathtub can be removed without a handle. TV without a German broadcaster. Breakfast was very good and tasty.

A top hotel. For a problem in the bathroom of the room, they offered us the night in the junior suite without supplement. We were really satisfied with this concern. Already the first room was beautiful but this really exceptional! Unparalleled views of the gulf and the city and adjacent to the room is the roof garden where we went to enjoy the spectacle of the sunset while sipping an aperitif with background music. What more do you want from life! A big thank you to all the hotel staff!

Very nice hotel with lots of nice amenities. The harbor view at sunset is beautiful. The full body shower is just what we needed after a long day of travel and the provided toiletries were of good quality. The only issue we had is that the television was supposed to have English speaking channels but didn t because of a technical issue. The breakfast was very good and had a variety of options to suit most anyone.

Speech aside for the famous Ginevra restaurant, I had the bad idea of booking an evening, we start with the table without mise en plase, then ordered the wine comes a small appetizer as an aperitif and them all good and full of hope we ordered an appetizer and 2 first courses to start, he sets the table for us and instead of a tablecloth and napkins like the other tables they bring us two sheets of paper like a pub with paper napkins, the fish tasting arrives to divide in two, my wife and I there we are looked at and disconsolate we tasted, 22 euros for a fried shrimp, a salad with sauce, 3 small pieces of cuttlefish with pea cream, said so it seems excellent but the quantity was a spoonful of everything, now with the hope at least the first ones arrive , spaghetti garlic and oil with anchovies and cuttlefish, 14 euros and actually good for the price, instead for the spiny dish with mussels ..... Let's put a pitiful veil, now I know what mappassone, spaghet means you little burns and all stuck together, I had to cut them with the knife, forget it. If this is the best restaurant in Ancona poor Ancona. To conclude, excellent hotel but as a restaurant there is better .....
