Het personeel is zeker niet sociaal en ook nog eens behoorlijk grof

A really bad company! Staff don't know what they are talking about. Had many problems connecting an alarm. All customers are moving to a better service company. Not doing business costs a lot of money and if you need them they are not there.

Drama company. I wanted to become a new customer but customer service was disinterested. They also confuse customers, really a very bad company to accommodate you by security alarm notifications.

I have little confidence that this company handles the reports well. Now directly with EuroPack and subscription. Functions perfectly!
