Worst customer service was told "this is a waste of my time" while looking through his computer didn't want my money back just wanted to exchange controllers because the one that I purchased was broken and they wouldn't take it without the receipt also was the same dude who sold me the controller and also there was 10 + controllers when I came back today but only two beat up controllers out of the box over all game stop is better at least they would have taken the time to look for the stuff we needed in the computer

Was just here again yesterday. It's a longtime favorite of mine, and always a winner. You can always find something you've never seen or heard just as well as something you've seen and heard a million times. I've introduced my young son and we both come here now, and is a simple pleasure we enjoy together. I've enjoyed coming to 2nd Time Around for decades and my boy has enjoyed it for years already... a local Dayton gem, which should be checked out!

Great place to get DVDs CD'S and Video games.for all systems

They have almost everything you want inside from movies to games and game systems. It's a great second hand store

Bought XBox One here with Controller for Decent Price

I would rate them -100 stars of I could. I recently bought a PSP Model number 2001 for 54 dollars great buy but took it home and it it just won't work. This store only gives you store credit.... That's funny how they take your cash.... Buy something that they are supposed to check out. You take it home find out it's a piece of junk and all they offer you in store credit. How fair is that? Is it wise to buy again from a place that just sold you a lemon?? But yet you only get store credit back.... Did they not take your money? Businesses like this Stay away from. That's bad for business. Shame on them for this bogus "Policy" that only protects them. They secure your cash and if something goes wrong they don't return your money you have to take store credit and usually end up getting stuck with something you truly did not want. You have to keep showing up wasting gas and time for something you want. That policy is designed to discurrage you and most people won't even come back. Verdict... They have your money and now you are without the item you paid for now have to settle for something else. Their policy helps keep their pockets full

Great selection of games. Some can be a bit pricy for used, but other than that it's a great resale shop

My son loves this place. I enjoy shopping here too because they have great items and prices plus they have buy and trade here too.

This is all honestly the best place in this area to by and sell video games! They have fair prices when buying and they are generous with their selling prices as well. you are not going to be tricked out of money like places like gamestop will do. if you have the opportunity to come here I would definitely take the chance!!

Second Time Around is as good as it 20 years ago, not much has changed but the post and the new employees.

This is my favorite used video game store in the Dayton area. They have an amazing selection of used video games, bluRay's, DVDs, and other electronics. The prices are fair and I enjoy wandering the store to see what they have.

Wow what a selection and fair prices too. I don't think I have ever seen a better selection of used video games, movies, and music. From the moment you walk in this store you are in awe with the plethora of used gems. I used to shop this place when I was a child 20 to 30 years ago. I recently went back home again and could not believe my eyes that this place was not only still there but also thriving. In this digital age that says something about a place that sells video games, movies, and music. They had all the movie classics in differing formats. The video games too were in all different versions of XBOX and Playstation all the way down to the Atari 2600! Sadly I didn't see any pc games. They also had a quite a bit of hardware for the two game consoles including a full back wall of guitar hero guitars. If you are in the area you must stop in and view this store.

Great atmosphere, selection, and staff. I felt that they gave me a very fair trade in on games I've brought in, and it's my favorite place to look for older PS2 and Xbox 360 games. Only positive experiences there.

Kinda wonky on the buying process (maybe I just dont understand it) but everything else is great. The selection is top notch, from older cartridge games, to ps4 game, to CDs, to movies, to comics movies, to anime movies. They pretty much have everything. The people there are nice, and the music they play is nice too. It's also situated in a large group of restaurants, so if you're feeling hungry after looking here there are plenty of options.

very affordable way to buy movies Dvds run anywhere from 50 cents to 10 bucks with most being in the 1 to 3 dollar range. Blu-rays run from 2 to 15 dollars with most being in the 3 to 5 dollar range. they also sale CDs gaming systems tablets accesories to gaming systems. computers and posters, cameras and mp3 players plus cell phones.

I've been aware of Second Time Around, for many years but only my second time in the store. Staff was courteous and very helpful with my request for music from early Bob Dylan. The store was clean and very well organized. I would enthusiastically, recommend anyone give Second time Around a try when looking for, perhaps, that particularly important, but maybe, hard to find, piece of music.

Drove all the way here to find out that they are closed "for the safety of their employees" because of this fake pandemic. It's really whatever, but this should be reflected on more than just their front door for crying out loud. And I'm sure that their employees are real "safe" being unemployed as opposed to just wearing a mask... Maps is still telling me that they're "open," they are not.

Great place but some issues. Some staff are ignorant though lol. This guy fell asleep and would not answer me for like 15 to 20 minutes. Prices are reasonable on only games, but to sell your games is a complete ripoff. The max they allow is 50 percent of what they sell for and that's achieved by negotiations is what the employee said. I went in and attempted to negotiate but he said "we don't do haggling here" in a rude voice. Over the phone I asked how much this game was. It's 12 bucks the guy said. Great! It's 8 cheaper than game stop! Mistake. The day after, when I decided to buy it, it was 20. Yeah so um, this place is only good for buying games they don't know the price of. Retards.

I knew from the body language the PS3 I just bought had it's system software destroyed and " rebuilt" but I took it home. 30 days exactly it froze. 30 day money back guarantee. Don't plan on doing this every 30 days

Great place to get used movies and video games at decent prices. Sometimes newer games do show up but prices and stock are generally based popularity and people willing to sell their old games and movies.
