I would rate them -100 stars of I could. I recently bought a PSP Model number 2001 for 54 dollars great buy but took it home and it it just won't work. This store only gives you store credit.... That's funny how they take your cash.... Buy something that they are supposed to check out. You take it home find out it's a piece of junk and all they offer you in store credit. How fair is that? Is it wise to buy again from a place that just sold you a lemon?? But yet you only get store credit back.... Did they not take your money? Businesses like this Stay away from. That's bad for business. Shame on them for this bogus "Policy" that only protects them. They secure your cash and if something goes wrong they don't return your money you have to take store credit and usually end up getting stuck with something you truly did not want. You have to keep showing up wasting gas and time for something you want. That policy is designed to discurrage you and most people won't even come back. Verdict... They have your money and now you are without the item you paid for now have to settle for something else. Their policy helps keep their pockets full
