Worst customer service was told "this is a waste of my time" while looking through his computer didn't want my money back just wanted to exchange controllers because the one that I purchased was broken and they wouldn't take it without the receipt also was the same dude who sold me the controller and also there was 10 + controllers when I came back today but only two beat up controllers out of the box over all game stop is better at least they would have taken the time to look for the stuff we needed in the computer
