I've been discussing the possible purchase of a car with this dealership since yesterday morning. After an entire day of negotiations he finally told me we had a deal. He ran my credit, and my father's credit, told me I was approved. Once we arrived and realized the car was not as advertised (was listed that it had remote engine start but it didn't actually have it) we were told that if I wanted to get remote start they were going to raise the price by $1500. When we told him that he told us we had a deal of $11,000 and he should stick to his word and sell to us by that price, he basically said screw you. Knowing full well we had to drive an 1 1/2 up to Lynnwood to buy this car which is why we did the negotiating on the phone the day before. The salesman I dealt with was Bill Conner, he told me over the phone that everything was set and all we had to was sign the paper. He wasted our entire day and gas on the drive. 1 1/2 drive there, spent 2 hours there, sat 2 hours in traffic on the way home, brought down my credit score and my father's credit score and couldn't have cared less. I spoke with Joe Jones, (the general sales manager) on the matter and apparently it was a miscommunication that they actually were going to do remote start for us only at the extra cost of what installing it would actually cost which was about $350. But Bill Conner told us $1500 and wouldn't budge with his smug attitude. He clearly was lying to us to get more money for himself.

If you go to this dealership I recommend staying clear of Bill Conner. But the owner Chris resolved our issue the best he could after Joe Jones also (apparently unintentionally) screwed us over, which is why I edited this review and added 2 stars.
