If you need a realtor that will truly have your back every step of the process of buying or selling, I can't recommend Brad Inhulsen more highly. He is smart, kind, and always on your side.

Only giving one star because you have to choose at least one. We worked with Linda Robbins, she represented the buyer of our home. She was an absolute nightmare to deal with. Horrible with negotiation, and even worse with communication. She was very rude and obnoxious during the inspection, after showing up unannounced with 5 people! Her comments were demanding and degrading towards my husband and I. During the final walk through she began telling us we didn t know how to move correctly and that it was ridiculous we weren t done, even though we had a post occupancy. Which brings me to the next step, we had a post occupancy which was ruined by her client, who didn t follow through then Linda threatened my realtor with suing us for $300 for her client when we were the ones lied to. Stay away from Linda Robbins, she is an absolute nightmare and I will never recommend her poor service to anyone

Rhonda is helping us for the second time. We had such a wonderful experience with her 5 years ago, I am elated that she is still in the game. Rhonda has gone above and beyond for us several times, and I have nothing but encouragement from my interactions. It feels great knowing that are home is in her hands.

We purchased our first home through Sears Real Estate with the help of Brad, and it really couldn't have gone better. Buying a home is complex, time-consuming, and frankly, can be quite confusing. He explained things very clearly without condescension, answered all questions easily, and helped us feel confident that we were being well taken care of. Additionally, the technology utilized made things smoother, quicker, and so easy. I could literally view some homes on break at work and leave feedback to let him know what about a property wouldn't work for us so he could customize the listings he sent next even better. When we finally saw "the one", he was able to arrange a showing within a very short period of time. While they might send a little too much "Top of Mind" postcards after the fact, we certainly recommend Brad and the Sears team to anyone looking.

Brad and Christian are the dream team. Selling and buying a home is a stressful thing. These two stood by me every step of the way and I couldn't have found a better partner. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

The best! Debbie Patridge helped us buy a home this winter. She drove out to South West Loveland for the home inspection, our tour, and even to show my sister when she was in town. She helped us immensely when our loan had a hiccup. If we had an questions for contractors she had experts on speed dial. Her warmth, compassion and integrity are in a league of their own. In my situation I was looking for a realtor to help me in the buying process, I contacted Amy Dollarhide everything was great until when went to see houses, I put an offer on a New construction house that was at that moment listed as "Active" then everything went south, all the sudden Multiple offers rain on the house, Offers came and fell but my offers for some reason was never good enough for this deal despite being approved and paying full price for the property before hand, at one moment I felt Discriminated for the fact that I am Puerto Rican and breaking the law under the FHA guidelines, maybe they were saving the house for somebody else, Im not trying to play the victim in this situation because maybe that was not the case, but surely felt like that. Never got a called back from Amy Dollarhide wanting to work with me in the future or offering me another house to see, she had to do personals errands instead of focusing on the potential house sale, I work in the retail environment and you put the customer first.

My wife and I wish to give Robbie Miner the strongest testimonial possible. Over the past year, Robbie gave us the highest level of expertise, professionalism, patience, and support. While we shopped for and ultimately built the home of our dreams, Robbie provided significant value every step of the way. As a realtor with a background in building, he coached us on what was looking good and what needed attention. He would check on the project with and without us, made every key appointment along the way, and always noticed things that our untrained eyes didn t. One situation deserves to be highlighted: During our pre-closing walk through, Robbie joined me for a walk through the mud as we inspected the exterior from the unfinished yard, destroying his shoes in the process.
