Sears/Cross Creek Mall Review

Outdoors is down right filthy. It looks like it's going out of business. Relatively large mall with the typical options.

This mail has changed over the years. Gives the community choices of stores both clothes and food to choose from.

Mall is old with new exterior facing stores. Seems to have the normal complement of stores.

I was being followed throughout the mall as if I was a criminal. I was confused at first when a lady that didn't work at Pink asked could she help me. When my friend had asked her if she worked there and she said no. A few minutes later I realized I had underwear in the same hand my bags were in but I'm far from being a thief. Police followed us throughout the mall but sorry we purchased everything we had. Shame on them for profiling.

This place is DIRTY. Management needs to clean up and enact a dress code or something. People walking around almost look homeless.

Very large but not as crowded (in the mall part) as I expected. Some of the stores, on the other hand, WOW!

I enjoyed my recent trip to Cross Creek Mall even though it was packed to capacity due to it being the last full weekend to shop before Christmas. There are sooo many stores to choose from making it a one stop shop for all your holiday needs. The food court also had many different options of places to eat from. Will definitely be going back as soon as the holidays are over.

It's a nice mall but it's really hot inside even during the winter months it is hard not to break into a heavy sweat.

The guy at the silverware 925 kiosk fast talked my 14 year old son in to spending his sneaker money on a $130 fake chain.

The choice of stores is pretty good. The people are horrible. The Hispanic women are rude, pushy and their children run wild in the stores!! The gangs of black teens are just as rude but loud as well. There is very little security presence.

They have a good amount of stores. It is not huge, but plenty of selection.

Super clean compared malls in my hometown, though it is always crowded.

I have trouble finding what I'm looking for. They have plenty of stores, but not like most malls. One level.

Belk has the best styles in clothing and many fantastic sales. Plus the food court is pretty good. .

Convenient location, with many nearby stores. Clean stores, professional and friendly staff. Well-lit parking lots for safety.

Oh this is the place to be. There are a variety of stores to choose from when looking for different items.The scenery is pretty and colorful. The eating and drinking facilities are great. It is a very friendly environment . The employees are glad to great their customers at all times. It is also truly a relaxing place to be.

... Usually do my shopping in the daytime hours. That's when new shipments have been stocked. Peaceful and serene.

Love the fact almost everyone knows everyone their food is great their play area for the kids (which i just found out about it)

Its a nice mall. But Fayetteville needs a better mall.

After losing the Disney Store and arcade I wasn't as impressed with the majority of the store selections at the mall but they really won me over with the childrens play area. They definitely put effort into it and it's a huge relief for a mama of a little one too small for parks yet with little to no other places to play. Now all they need is a good coffee shop inside and we would be up there every morning.

This mall is alright. It s a bit small. They have tons of stores, but once you have been to them then there s really not much left to do. The Cinnabon in the food court is amazing.

Mall is a mess but its the only one we have.. Most stores have rude people working in it but there isn't much choice around here

Basic mall. We only go to build a bear here. Nothing else we can't get elsewhere.

Should be called a shopping center and not a mall. You will wish for more stores if you go a few times and it will make you plan a trip to Raleigh, Wilmington, or Charlotte to get your shopping done.

It's decent for a mall. We don't visit in the evening or night time anymore, due to safety concerns. During the day, however, it's ok.

to. Are unique and this one is the center of the shopping district in this town. The newest addition includes outside entry for high end stores which blend with the traditional style mall.

The service at gold italia SUCKS!...I ordered some custom made earrings in the middle of August and still haven't received my earrings. I went to the place and the lady there was rude and acted like she didn't see me for the first 3 mins. She stayed on the phone throughout our whole transaction. I'll never shop there again

SOMETIMES - MALLS are just WAYYYY TOO MUCH, & OVER THE TOP! I've enjoyed shopping at this mall when it isn't packed, and there's some amazing stores & selections of items; all staff has always very polite, helpful, & has had an attitude that is suggestive of valuing & enjoying their jobs... unlike a couple of the staff members at say, Taco Bell on Raeford & Gillis Hill Rd., Cato's on Raeford Rd, &/or the Walmart next to it; I've never had any issues with the Cross Creek Mall employees... knock on wood.... keep up the good work, and hiring quality employees. Thx Cross Creek!

Certain stores and areas of the mall are well kept. Others are definitely neglected....looks pitiful. Owners should be ashamed!

It's a good place to shop for everything and you can eat at many different places

There was a fight in Champs but other than that i had a good time. I was able to find a prom dress and looked for shoes.

Its ok wish it had a few more stores for gaming and movies

Large indoor mall with a variety of shops and a nice food court. Plenty of people keep it busy.

I love the different stores to shop. If you go during the morning hours you can really enjoy your shopping experience.

Store variey is great. Facilities are unkept in the anchor stores. They are dissapointingly disgusting.

Average mall. The options are getting better for those that arent in their teens.

Older mall but in good repair. Parking and transit around the mall can be a hassle at times.

A lot of kids just hanging out being loud with no parents in sight. Shops are just okay. Parking is awful.

Bwcause the has a lot of great clothes,perfume, amd other stuff. Also I went to tthe mall on Sunday, to get my toes done.

I like Speedy Burritos in the food court. They are always so Delicious.

I wanted to buy everything a very clean mall I like that plus it had maps everywhere can't get lost.

If I have to go out shipping it's normally at the Cross Creek Mall! The mall can get packed at certain times of the year, and people's attitudes can be a little much; but we're all human! I realize that the world isn't always nice to work so I try and empathize with the people having to work with the public! Clean mall and normally sales everywhere!

No upper level except for in the department stores. However it's pretty clean and spacious.

My favorite mall in Raleigh. Early,morning trip to Starbucks followed by a mall walk is a must!
